Service was great, Our waitress was name Emily and she was excellent,but the food was not that great. I had a burger which was very dry and my wife had wings which was very rubbery not cooked long enough…
1st time going here. Very noisy - hard to hear. LOTS of TV screens with various sports, etc. Kind of overkill - couldn't really concentrate on any of it. ADD nightmare! Nice and helpful server. Waited quite a while for food - server apologized. 3 of us had 10 traditional wings each. Lots of choices of flavors and dipping dressings/sauces. Wings were delicious but not much meat on them. We each had one or two sides and a soda. The bill was over $70! Left not feeling like we'd had a full meal. Way too expensive for what you got!
We've been going to Buffalo Wild Wings every Tuesday for several years ... we both love the wings but unfortunately the consistency/quality of the wings varies too much. At times the wings are a nice size and we feel good about the $27.00 then at other times we get home and the wings appear to be from underfed chickens with little to no meat on them. Now that buy 10 get 10 is over, it's no longer a risk we care to take. I rated them 3 stars only because at times they're 5 stars and at other times 1 star. Service and the friendly folks up there have always been great!
Jackie was an awesome server tonight and made sure all of our needs were met. The food was speedy and delicious, and the staff was awesome and helpful. 10/10 would come here again.
Our party of 30 was turned away tonight from Texas Roadhouse. I called BWW & asked if they could accommodate us. I was told it was the servers decision & was put on hold while they went to ask. They came back on & said they had a server willing to take us! Our server Caroline was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She kept our drinks filled, got our order in right away, & always had a smile on her face. The most stunning part she took on our group completely by herself. Thank you so much Caroline you definitely made our night.
First time here I'm visiting from out of town just wanted to watch some games and spend some time with my family..the food was great but best of all was our service, our waitress was awesome..thank you Emma M.
Usually pretty good. Today we picked up an order and they asked our last name. Turns out we are not the only one with that last name. Got the wrong order. Not a big deal, however, after driving home and then all the way back up to Buffalo Wild Wings they gave us the food they prepared at least 30 minutes prior. It was all soggy and cold. Even our teen could not stomach it. They apologized when we called to tell them of the mix up. I really wish they would have made us fresh food which would make their apology feel more sincere.
Had a gift card thought I'd give it a try. First off my GF burger was excellent. The waitress was super sweet. I must admit I have never cared for any of the wing flavors there. Tried the teriyaki this time and still disappointed. Atmosphere was good... Plenty of TVs with sports on... Stick with the Burger and fries ?. Don't get sucked in by the wings and flavors.
Cameron P. is such a great waiter. He is friendly, funny, welcoming, and overall attentive. I ordered the Buffalo Mac and it was as good as always. Good service and good food, will be back!
