Waffle cones have to sit for 24 hours after being made. So, they're made daily but sold next day.There are never enough made for the future day sales. 3 out of 3 visits and no waffle cones except the ones that are fresh and can't be sold. ?♀️
Terrible service, rude staff, stale waffle cone, and ice cream “too hard to scoop”, unbelievable!! Never again!
Convenient, friendly, fast, and delicious. The drive-thru made it easy to get my co-workers something tasty on my way into the office.
I know the list of available ice creams varies from day to day, but unless one is a frequent diner here, there is no way of knowing what flavors they have when placing an order in drive-thru . When I asked what flavors they have, the response I got was, "We have, like, a lot..."It just seems like there has to be a better method of communicating today's list of ice cream flavors to drive-thru customers. I consistently hear the customers in the car ahead of me ask for flavors they don't have or ask for a list of what they do have...the same questions i ask when it's my turn.
Great ice cream, but VERY service. The employees were nice, but it was like 45 minutes before closing time and it seemed like they had already checked out & didn't want to bother to serve anyone else.... They had broken down most of the store, and took almost 10 minutes to get me my 2 simple ice cream cups because they were too busy working on breaking down equipment for closing instead of getting my super quick and easy order ready. And when you have a tired and crabby toddler in the car, who was promised ice cream, and your family literally waiting for you to eat in the parking lot with their ice cream melting... Because the dining room is still inexplicably closed.... It's super frustrating to have to wait so long for such a simple order because the workers would rather get the store ready to close than serve their waiting customers who desperately needed to get going and didn't expect to wait 15 minutes to get 2 simple ice cream sundaes.I honestly wouldn't ever go back there because it's just unfortunately not worth the time.
Very delish & the 2 young women were literally running back & forth to make everyone 's order perfectly & were very friendly & professional! Kudos!
This location only had 12 flavors of ice cream and the ice cream was half meltedand the waffle bowl was completely broke when they handed it to me.
We went to Baskin-Robbins craving ice cream, when we pulled up I asked for three different flavors all three of them which they did not carry, so I said how am I supposed to know what to order and they're like well I guess I could read them off to you? I said I guess you're going to have too? You need a sign out here? He said well what flavors do you like? I said well the three that I just said? he said we don't carry them , frustrated, I said well read them off then, he said you really want me to read them all? I said yeah, he said but there is 24? by this point we were so frustrated all you need is a sign explaining what flavors we can have at Baskin Robbins Drive-Thru it's that easy or simply hire better employees? thumbs down for the family craving ice cream! We left. Monday evening 7:25 pm on 11/10/2020
