Wow and to think I almost skipped this place because of all the bad reviews! Go and make a judgement for yourself. Don’t go by the ratings on this one. We had 4 burgers and chicken tenders. Not a single person was unhappy with there meals. Every left happy and full. We shall return! Shout out to the employee that gave me a recommendation for jalapeño burger. BOMB
It's more than I would prefer to pay for a Burger but they're really not that far off price wise with other competitors. You're gonna get more Bang for your buck out of 5 guys or culvers... But if you want a beer with your meal this is the place. Reese the bartender is as good as it gets. High quality Lady, Hats off to hyvee for pulling her from wherever she came from.
Should be called Waterburgers! My bottom bun looked like it got dropped in a sink full of water. Both burgers were not made to order and had ZERO flavor. 1 and done!
Extremely overpriced gimmick!Paid $20 for an okay burger, tots and a drink. The Hy-Vee restaurant used to have a weekly sale of a delicious burger fries and a beer/drink for $7.They're just okay burgers with goofy names. I ordered mine medium rare and got it well done. The sweet potato tots were okay but very mushy, had no crunchy shell and the "tomato jam" is just sweet marinara sauce.For 20 bucks you get no wait staff, and empty straw container and no one to refill it, plastic silverware, getting your own drinks, and get to clear your own table into an overflowing trash can.
Asked my meat to be well done and this is what I got. Never again.
BBQ bacon avocado burger was amazing fries were also great even cold.customer service was terrible. But burger was awesome
First time eating here and was very excited after watching the reality show. Got a take out order and when we received it 4 out 5 burgers where made wrong. We had the ours burger, unfortunately this burger is not worth the cost, it tasted like a Wendy's burger and the French Fries were very plain. Goes to show with enough cash injection and a name behind something it can become popular. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, save your money and go to Wendy's, they have better chance to get your order right.
Went tonight with my husband and was extremely disappointed. 15 dollars for a hockey puck. The burgers were frozen patties. The Chinese food is 100 times better than the food we got tonnight.
The shakes are so good and also the people are just the nicest! I will be coming back again and again!!
Great meeting hard workin bartender/waiter (keep rockin it!), yummy burgers, meh on Mac n cheese, a little pricey, but overall glad we stopped in to try the burgers ?
