It had been awhile since I had been to Texas Roadhouse and was, really looking forward to the awesome meals I’ve come to expect on Friday evening. I have an eating disorder so have to be very cautious about my food choices. Meat, in particular, can be a problem so I ordered the beef kabob w/ rice & steamed veggies. The rice was delicious. The vegetables were seasoned just right but the beef was, absolutely, inedible. No matter how much I chewed I couldn’t chew through the gristle. There were, actually, pieces that couldn’t be pierced with a fork and, almost, impossible to cut. It seemed that my meat was the pieces and parts that had been cut off larger cuts to make their appearance better. VERY disappointed!

Good atmosphere and Awsome waitstaff
Atmosphere was good and the food could have being a little better. I ordered a 6oz rib eye med well. It was fine inside but was charred real bad. The server Erika did a awesome job considering trying to serve a large group. The restaurant in liberty,no needs to make sure the group gets to sit together not across from each other and when you have children menu put crayons in with the menu's. Nice staff.
Went for dinner last night. We got an order of rattlesnake bites with ranch and I Got the 11 oz sirloin medium. With mashed potatoes, brown gravy and rice. The food was great! We only waited a couple of minutes thanks to call ahead seating. Our waitress was very friendly, got drinks out to us fast and refills done quickly.My only compliant is that you don’t have Wild West Wednesday anymore. Bring that back and I’ll be there every Wednesday for date night steak night.
The sirloin was flavorful and a nice cut with hardly any fat. The mashed potatoes were so delicious, even though they have the skin in them. The house salad is pretty good too. Our waitress did an excellent job taking care of us.
Omg! This was a fun Saturday afternoon. We go right in after 1pm. Olivia our server was the best around. Try the Gin Blossom cocktail, the seasoned rice, and the pork chops. I couldn't believe how available she was to get us all that we needed. The food was excellent!

Absolutely love Texas Roadhouse! Just posted pictures to their locations site. The 8oz Dallas filet is always my favorite choice, my husband prefers the bone in ribeye. Fabulous job on Valentine's day guy's! And I believe our waitress name was Emma, so miss Emma, thank you for a wonderful date night with my hubby, super sweet and on top of everything from start to finish with a smile during every moment.
