Lovely experience! So many cute cats! They seemed very well taken care of and loved. The cat area was clean and super cute. I was a little disappointed that a basic drink was not included in the reservation price, but they had a large selection of drinks and fun specialty drinks. The online reservation process was very easy including the waiver.
I really enjoyed visiting the cats here! They were very well socialized and since it was early in the morning they were ready to play. I couldn't tell the multiple black cats apart but the owner was calling every cat by their name and it was obvious he loved the cats so much. There was plenty of parking, everything was clean, and there were a lot of unique toys. I also got a bubble tea and it was great.
Had my daughter’s birthday party at the cat cafe with her young teen friends. Drinks and treats were wonderful, and we had plenty of time for loving cats and kittens in a cozy setting. For reviews that said staff was rude- you were misinterpreting their concern for the welfare of the pets in their charge. It was obvious that we were being carefully monitored by staff to ensure that the cats were handled safely. The folks in charge were kind and firm with us, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m definitely going back to make sure these folks can continue caring for pets and keeping the customers happy. Thanks for a great experience!
I recently went there for my birthday with my boyfriend looking to adopt and it was truly an amazing experience! We went there the previous year to check the place out and the cats as well as the staff were all so nice! The staff provides so much information and are all very kind. The atmosphere in there is very relaxing and adorable. Not to mention the sweets like cupcakes, ice cream, and bubble tea are all very good! They also have coffee there too! They care for the cats and kittens very well and provide updates on them on their facebook page too. Our cat we adopted there is the perfect cat for us. She is so so sweet and smart and she’s about 7 months now. She is already spoiled and loved so much!!! Next time we adopt another cat, it will definitely be here again!
Very relaxing and cozy environment! The staff are all super nice and friendly! Me and my girlfriend ended up adopting and they were extremely helpful with it all. The cats are well taken care of and you can tell the staff really cares about them. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good date idea, or even to adopt from!
Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to adopt in the future! Found a furry best friend for my cat at home. You can see how much the owners love all of the cats like their own. Unfortunately didn’t get to try the drinks but the cookies are amazing!
I recently went here to adopt a kitten and couldn't have been happier. The staff was friendly and we had no problems making or keeping a reservation. All of the cats they have are very socialized with both cats and people, which really helped during the transition for the little guy I brought home. I would highly recommend visiting and adopting here.
So fun to come here and play with the cats and kittens!! You can adopt them too. I like to get a drink and a cupcake as well when I come. They are good!
The owners love and care for their cats so much. They keep the place super clean and smelling nice. I also adopted a cat from here and I highly recommend adopting from this cat cafe! The cats are very well socialized with other cats and humans and are extra snuggly. Our kitten fit right in to our little family!
This place is absolutely amazing! We've come here multiple times and always have a great time, we even adopted a new kitty from them. The owners care deeply about the animals and it shows, which leads me to my last point: if you're going to bring small children here please actually monitor them. Multiple times when I've been there a child has been rough with or accidently stepped on one of the kitties while their inattentive parent stared at the phone or just did nothing. It is not the job of the owners to police your children, but it is their job to protect the animals. There are too many people leaving one star reviews who don't seem to understand that.
