Worse place to pick up Uber eats!They never bag up the drinks and puts drinks in the back.Workers seem mad when I ask them about it a order.Okay, I’ll bag it up .Should’ve had it ready to go instead of doing half the Uber eats pick up the first time .Don’t WAIT to bag it up
Just did drive thru… both coffees ordered were made incorrectly… no flavorings added and watered down! Disgusting waste of $12… thanks Starbucks for ruining my day! On the road so not going to drive back to get remade… buyer beware… taste before you pull away!

Very clean was impress with bathrooms and there COVID-19 aware. Nice people and just sit and visit have a coffee and snack.
It's Starbucks. Usually I'd give it 3 stars, however at this location there is an extremely helpful lady there who is the nicest barista I'd ever met. My mom, my sibling and I usually go early early in the morning on my way to school, and she has always been extremely patient and helpful. Even given us a drink for free when she accidentally made it hot instead of iced. However, besides this 1 employee, it's just a normal branch of Starbucks. Only complaint I have is that you'd want to race to get there early because during rush hours it's packed.
I absolutely HATE this company. The ONLY reason I was there is because my daughter paid for her own crappalatte.. I will NEVER give them a penny

Never had any major issues with the store but I wish the people in the drive through or anyone just handling the register would get better about asking if I have a rewards account. I am just one of those people who always forget about it at the window and they never ask if I would like to scan for rewards so I have missed out on getting "stars" for at least 50 drinks...I could almost have a free merchandise item by now. Dunkin Donuts is really good about it and always ask if I would like to scan for rewards before I even hand them my card so I just wish they would get better about that here.
If I could give no stars I would but I have to give one to even put a review in. My order is never made right at this location! It's very frustrating and disappointing! This location will be one I avoid from now on. There's better coffee in liberty anyways
I get the same drink all of the time and the one time I come here it took 20 mins for a venti that was a little over half full and cost $1 more than any other time I've gotten that drink. So I basically received a grande for $10. They filled it with whipped cream so I wouldn't notice instead of making it correctly.
