Ice cream is good. Food is okay and inconsistent. I've visited this store a few times since moving to Liberty. The food is very average at best but general word is Sonic food is worse across the board than what it used to be...so maybe it's not location specific. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich a few days ago and it was horrible. Small leathery piece of chicken. You could tell the store didn't bother to cook a fresh one and instead decided to give me an old one for my money. Maybe that's management. Shakes are still good quality. Some are better than others but that comes down to personal preference. The quality with drinks and ice cream has been good
If this was the first time I had an issue with this location, I might not be writing this, but many times I've had issues there. I ordered in the app. Got to the location and pulled into a stall. I checked in. It was a simple order. 4 corndogs and a drink. A guy pulled in the next stall and ordered from there. They were busy, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but when his order came before mine....He literally ordered 30 corn dogs and more after he arrived and his came first. I flagged down a kid a d he checked. Apparently they totally forgot mine. A few minutes later mine arrived. I got home and opened the bag. They shorted me a corn dog. I called and all he said was if you want to come back I'll give you a corn dog...Next time I'll just go to a different location or not to Sonic at all. They appear to have a serious lack of training at this location.
Give Johnny my dude another raise my food is always nice n hot his energy is great. He always waves at me when I tell the employees to tell him I said hi. Even when my food gets messed up a little it's always super hot so I tend not to mind if it's something small. But that's usually when he's not there the girl managers need to learn something from him they can be kinda blonde. Again Johnny needs a raise! And be bumped to general manager if he ain't already he can do the gals job way better.
This is the best sonic I have been to. Evry time we go our order is exactly. The works are very nice. They help and make sure our order is right and ready Evry time. We love going here.
Messed up both burritos (premium) . How do you mess up burrito's.........with half a sausage , egg, chopped onions & the other had the same w/ Jalapenos.We just ordered two #15 no modifications asked 1 cold coffee & 1 hot.Came out 2 burritos no drinks no tots.The ordered didn't pop up on screen to see & wasn't able to pay with card there.They took card in to run it.Already running late so left only to find this out later.* Only 1 customer a stall over from us.~Amazed how this happened & tolerated~☆I was a cook, carhop, open-close, splits & assistant Manager for several Sonic in KC
I hate giving bad reviews. I really like Sonic. However, this specific Sonic hasn't impressed me yet. I've had an extra long cheese Coney twice. Once the chili was dried on top and the hot dog was cold. The second time the hot dog was dried up as if it had been reheated several times or either it was from the day before and reheated. The other day I got a super Sonic cheeseburger and the patties were dried up around the outside edges. Also, one time in the drive-thru I tried paying with cash and card and they told me they couldn't do that. I've never had that problem at other Sonic's or other fast food restaurants. Now, I just go there every so often to get french fries for two children I babysit.

Hamburger was burnt. Both patties no flavour, dried out except 1slice of tomato.
The good was NOT fresh by any means... Cold tater tots and a semi warm burger are not very appetizing, especially for around $11!!
The last 3 times I've been to this Sonic I've got a Cherry Limeade with no lime in it. How is it a Cherry Limeade with no lime? Quit cutting corners and do your job, it's not that difficult to keep your customers happy.
