They were a bit busy when we went, so service was a bit delayed as you would expect. We actually received bottomless fries so we weren't as hungry when our meals arrived. I opted for the Master Cheese on a gluten-free bun with fries. It was delicious. I usually get just a plain cheeseburger, but I'm glad I switched it up this time. My fiancé loved the Buffalo wings and my future step-daughter loved the bottomless Mac and cheese.
My food was wonderful!!! I sat at the bar since I was alone and the service was great, very personable. The bar tender who served me was kind enough to bring me fries in advance.I had a Red's Tavern Double on a gluten free bun with fries and a diet coke. Everything was PERFECT. I'll definitely be returning here when I come back to KC on business.
Co-workers were raving about new burgers. My husband and I went for dinner. Expect to wait, was told 15-20 min. After 2 sets of parties of two that arrived after us were seated and it was past the time provided by hostess, I went to ask how much longer before we were seated. We were told that our "table" still had the people sitting there and once they left and the table was clean we would be seated. We were also told a large party was coming and that was why they had less tables available.If this had been mentioned when we arrived we could have placed a to go order and have received our food and be on our way home by this time. Several minutes passed, and I started working on a to go order and was almost finished with it when we were seated.The server was fine. I could tell it was a busy night, and he was trying to provide good service. The food arrived cold though. I wondered if my husband's was the same. We thought about ordering dessert or drinks, but figured we would just head home. Overall the burger was good, but disappointed it arrived cold. Fries were disgusting, cold and flavorless. Not until we were leaving did I see that the seasoning was on the table, but if you don't adding seasoning to fries when they are straight from the fryer they aren't as good and if cold, the seasoning isn't going to help.So the wait staff seems overwhelmed as had a hiring sign up in several places. The hostess are the opposite, perhaps one was in training of the 3 that appeared to be working that position. Maybe mention a large party that may delay and offer the bar or to go order. Not ideal, but better than the experience we had last night.
I ordered a Margarita frozen and was brought one on the rocks. We placed our food orders. When we received the appetizers they were verly warm. When we received our food one was to be a protein burger was not to have a bun but it did, 3 of the burgers were not cooked the way asked for. The manager did not come to our table to apologize or anything. The waiter said sorry.
The experience was my first and I enjoyed it. I had the Monster Burger with the endless fries. It's a nice go to place but I have to keep it real if I really really want a Char-Broil Burger that taste just as good and Cost Less I've always said before I even had this experience that pound for pound and price-wise Burger King is the ultimate charbroiled Burger. I always buy doubles from them but I will visit Red Robin again.I went To the one in Liberty Missouri and my server was Dallas and he was very prompt and professional.
It’s been a while since my last visit to Red Robin. Had lunch there on Sunday and the place was very full so I asked if I could get a seat at the bar( no patience to wait for longer than 10 min cuz I was starving). The fries came with two different sauces (ranch & bbq) and I liked them. My Bonzai burger with a choice of salad was pretty good. The mushroom burger was actually good you truly have a thing for mushroom. It’s good to know the restaurant is generous on the ingredients but it we just thought there was way too much mushroom and overpower everything. Overall it was still a good experience and I would go back and try a different selection on their menu.
Fast and friendly service whilst seated at the bar.Menu clearly indicated how a few simple substitutions could make a vegetarian meal vegan. They have both a faux-beef and an "ancient grains" patty that are veg*n-friendly.I would absolutely go back.
My family and I really liked this place! The French fries with their Campfire Sauce was amazing! I got the Scorpion Gormet Burger and put the Campfire Sauce on it and it was amazing! The service was really good and the restaurant was really clean and it looked cool with all the pictures and the pictures on the ceiling. We really enjoyed it. We're definitely coming back!
I haven't been to a Red Robin in almost 5 years. I got the veggie burger and side salad and it was delicious, but the service left much to be desired. We showed up for dinner around 4:30pm and needed seating for 4. Took the people at the door a few minutes to find us a table....it was nearly empty inside which was weird. Then, took nearly 10 minutes for someone to come by to get us drinks and by that time we were ready to order. When the meal came, my side salad was on another plate and mine had fries on it - no dressing even came with the salad. Overall, the service is enough for me to have zero interest in going back again... but at least the food was good.
Love the Tower of Onion Rings, tried the new Cinnamon Apple Margarita, so good. The endless Fries & dipping sauce, yum. !! My Burger was Absolutely Delicious. !! Great food & Great Service. !!! Definitely coming back. ***
