CUSTOMER LOST! While we enjoy supporting local businesses, especially in the Liberty area we WILL NOT be returning to Rancho Grande Cantina.Having spent over $700 on a catering order for a graduation party, I politely returned to speak with the manager about receiving broken shells for over half the tacos and hot food that was packed but leaked during transport. Not expecting or requesting a refund but possibly a gift card and at least an apology, we received nothing except a "that's why we give you extra shells."I was surprised at the lack of empathy and basic customer service displayed after having spent what we believe to be a significant amount on an order. We will NOT return in the future and I encourage those who may think of doing business with them in the future to give serious consideration to their choice.

First time here and will be the last, these two yahoos in the photo were goofing off and not working actually did push-ups on the floor then grabbed chips and served them without washing their hands. Our server did a good job but the bus boys thought their work was playground

absolutely terrible,, ordered fajita burrito came out no cheese sauce wasn't wrapped couldn't cut it hardly no meat way to many veggies

Everyone here was super friendly. The food tasted great. The chips and salsa were really good. I got the el pastor street tacos?. The thing that knocked down the stars was how small the tacos were! Normally they are larger and should take up more of the plate than the beans and rice. I felt pretty disappointed since that is my favorite part?. It tasted great but why were they so small?! Sad but good. Everything else was fine.

We hadn't been for quite a while; low quality food and service kept us away, but we decided to give them another shot. When we walked in the front door there was no greeting at all from the 4 people standing there. I said 'Hi there', still no acknowledgement for a minute, just a 'walk this way' to the table.Food hasn't improved, still rather generic and bland. The only bright spot was our server; she did a Great job; very attentive and professional

great waitress, good friends and family, fun time

We had bogo tacos and they are very good tacos. Service was excellent. Highly do recommend this place. Loved the atmosphere and all the T.V.'s.

We were seated at a booth and had chips and salsa on our table right away. After sitting for over ten minutes and watching two other guest walk in, get seated and asked for drinks immediately it was obvious we weren't going to get waited on any time soon. We watched as, who we think was our waitress, walk by three times without saying anything. We got up and left without ordering. Not going back there again.

It was good. I had the chimi dinner with black beans and rice. The black beans could have been less runny but it was satisfying overall. Had a table of 12 and they already had everything ready at the table.. From the menu's to the water and chips and salsa enough for the whole table.. Highly recommend it..

This place is a race to the bottom with margaritas cantina. I've had better food at a county fair. Their salsa was thin, watery tomato sauce with not a hint of onion, pepper, or cilantro. Actually saw a staff member wearing a shirt that said "best salsa this side of the boarder"Maybe if you mean the Canadian boarder.Food was bland and a little overpriced for the serving size.I don't usually post bad reviews but this restaurant is not worth the money.
