If you want pizza that tastes like someone threw up and fed it to you, then this place is right for you. Ordered our food for delivery, first off the fact that they use Doordash even though I ordered through the app and require a tip on the app instead of being able to give the driver cash, then they had to remake the order because the original driver didn't bring us our food, only to find out we spent $40 for our food to taste like garbage. 100% do not recommend.
Ordered pizza around 8pm and never received the pizza. Tried to call the store after an hour of waiting and they won’t answer. The number claims that they are CLOSED! So basically Pizza Hut stole $40 from us. The first and last time I try to order from this location
I ordered a stuffed crust extra pork sausage pizza and it just was way below usual standards. I asked for curbside pickup, and when arriving, put in my spot on the app. After no one came out, I tried to call and no one answered. When I went inside behind another customer, it took about 15 minutes before I was asked for my order name. The girl apologized as she said they only had 2 workers trained for the front and I thanked her for working so hard. Not her fault at all but sparse cold pizza is not usually what we are used to from Liberty, MO Pizza Hut. Where I came from in Branson, MO, it is the norm.
Don't order from this location! I've lived by this for almost 2 yrs now. We've ordered all through out the time we've lived here. Gave them benefit of the doubt multiple times. In the last 6 months, everytime order from this location, we get food poisoning every time. I literally work at home and don't have risks for sicknesses as a result. We still gave it 6 months; I'm telling you, this is the 5th time in 6 months.
Was not greeted when I entered the Liberty Pizza Hut location; I was asked if I had a to go order instead.When I informed the cashier it had been a long time since I’ve visited Pizza Hut and that I would need a little time to look at the menu, she left w/o a “let me know when you’re ready.”I noticed then that the menu changes and wanted to ask for a paper menu. I also had a couple questions about their menu items, but she stayed gone for too long.I walked out and won’t be back. On my way to Nicky’s Pizza.
Fast delivery great cooks best all around service
Ordered thin crust and got hand tossed. Ordered extra cheese and was told would be $2 extra. Told them that was fine, want extra cheese. When it was delivered, there was no way in the world it had extra cheese. Cheese was no where close to the crust. I dont understand why a person should have to order extra cheese just to get enough cheese to cover the sauce.I will be glad when the Casey's is open.
Ordering sucked. Gave me extra sauce instead of extra cheese, and toppings formed a mini pizza in the middle. I was not impressed this visit.When I spend over 50 dollars for only 2 pizzas I expect more.
