The last hanful of times I have orderd from this Pizza Hut location I have been pleased with the quality and toppings.
Ordered my pizza and found out the store was closed. Asked customer service for a refund but I'm still waiting on my money to be refunded
I was very disappointed when I got my order home and found that I didn't get the pizza I had ordered.....I ordered a large edge pizza supreme with an order of boneless wings garlic parmesan and an order of bone in medium, I received a hand tossed supreme pizza that wasnt cut all the way through my husband literally had to tear the pieces apart then when I opened the boneless wings they barely hadany sauce on them.They might as well been plain...it will be awhile before I go back.
I won’t be ordering from here again. The pizza was falling apart and the bread sticks were as hard as a rock. That’s very disappointing.
If you want pizza that tastes like someone threw up and fed it to you, then this place is right for you. Ordered our food for delivery, first off the fact that they use Doordash even though I ordered through the app and require a tip on the app instead of being able to give the driver cash, then they had to remake the order because the original driver didn't bring us our food, only to find out we spent $40 for our food to taste like garbage. 100% do not recommend.
Just want give the staff at Liberty Pizza Hut a Shout out ! Staff was very helpful and demonstrated great customer service! Also my Pizza has great got exactly what I ordered was Hot upon arrival ! And Also Dyan from door dash that delivered it Also had great customer service skills ! Great experience Thanks yall !
My pizza was undercooked and took forever not to mention the girl at the front counter was not in uniform but in a see through tank that was literally falling off and exposing herself partially. If I wanted to go to hooters I would.
Ordered pizza from the online app they didn't deliver four of the items we ordered tried calling the store no answer both times tried filling out the online forms and it wouldn't send. Usually never leave a complaint online but come on pizza hut pizza and wings aren't cheap and we had a very disappointed birthday girl! Do better
This pizza hut is abysmal. I love pizza. I just want a good place to order from. I have tried 3 times and have had a terrible experience each time. Once they had a power outage. I found this out by waiting 2 hours for a pizza, called them up - they neglected to call me to tell me my order wouldn't be coming. Okay, they said they'd credit my account. They never did.Right so waited a few months before trying again. Placed an order. Waited an hour and half. Ran out of delivery drivers, had to use DoorDash. Pizza was ice cold. I ordered 3 marinara cups and all 3 together filled 1 cup.Not trying to be a complete Karen, what do you do? You try to get them to understand by calling and talking. They assume you just want free ish. I don't. I just want a pizza place to be consistently decent and reliable. This is not the place. Don't bother.
We waited patiently for our pizzas and when they were ready, asked for some "cheese and peppers" to go with the $40+ I'd spent! I was informed they were $1.00 each...... remind me of why I came back to Pizza Hut?! ? Don't worry I'll go elsewhere without a doubt! Other than that and the time it took, it was good!
