I went to the establishment at the recommendation of church members. Upon arrival I observed the waitresses all on their cell phones texting. I looked at the hall were the food is wrapped and the staff was also conversing , joking having a good time. I spoke with cashier 28 and placed an order for a dish called El gordo which is a sample of several dishes in one. I asked that it was made all chicken. I even gave a 5 dollar tip for a 17 dollar bill. To my dismay when I opened the bag at home the whole order was beef. I called the place and spoke with the manager Luis who blamed the cooks for the mistake. I live on a tight budget and eat out once every two weeks. Its very unfortunate that Luis did not offer to remake the order for me and make it right. I really liked the chips and salsa. The rest went in the trash. Perhaps if they have one of the waiters get off the phone and check the orders against the tickets Things might be better. They need at least one staff member who cares about the customers. Well I’ll tell the congregation on Wednesday about this fiasco.
WATCH OUT! They over charged my card for what I Authorized Adding nearly $10.00 more!As many others have stated. Service is very slow and the original waiter didn’t pay us any attention. He was to busy chatting up one particular table. We had to get help from other servers. I was overly generous with a 20% and they got me for a 50%+ tip of bill….
The chips and salsa... No bueno also there wasn't really any flavor I don't know if it was an off day or what but the service was amazing
The waiter my table had didn't seem to notice when any of us needed a refill, not sure if he was new or what but that was a problem. The food wasn't bad but a bit pricey for what it was. I have had better food at taco bell. The noise level was that of a bar, which is quite ridiculous. This was the 2nd chance for this place from me.
The service was EXTREMELY SLOW!!!! They actually started to bring out some of our tables food that look over 30 minutes from start to finish. The 1st thing to the table was the hot sides to a fajita the actual rest of the fajita was the last thing to the table 35 minutes later. The food pretty good. The service wasn't that great at all!!!!
The food was delicious as always and the service was great, our server noticed that a pop delivered to the table looked weak and immediately went to change out the syrup and bring a fresh drink to the table. How many times have you had to wait to get a server's attention at other restaurants just to get a fresh pop? It may seem small but it was impressive to me.
One of my absolute favorite places to eat. There isn't anything on the menu that you won't love. I LOVE the Pollo cheese dip

As always the food is great, just relized we been eatung there for 12 yrs.
We were seated right away and our server was prompt. Chips were fresh, salsa wasn't my favorite, tasted like tomato paste with liquid smoke. Lunch fajitas we absolutely sinful! Chicken was tender and the vegetables were cooked/seasoned perfectly. Great experience!
