I paid almost THREE DOLLARS for an extra patty on my quarter pounder and didn't get it. I tried to call and their phone was disconnected. My big Mac literally has a dot of sauce on it with no patty. This is astonishing. ? they let their drive thru window stay open and I watched numerous bugs fly threw the window. Thankfully my burger was so poorly made that I decided on eating something else. I wish I could post a picture. This is pathetic.
On 4/26/22 at 8:00 pmMe and 2 friends made orders. My mobile order came quickly but fries were old and cold. My friends mobile order took 20 minutes to arrive and they brought the third order at that time.The store was empty inside at the time and al the tables were filthy…..I could only find one table that wasn’t complete gross. The crazy thing is right down the 152 Highway is another McDonald’s that is totally the opposite of this place. If you want a clean and professionally ran McDonald’s go to the one on 152 Highway not 291.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.Not sure what has happened this Mcdonalds.It used to be one of the best around but now has become a running joke.Needs an hours of operation adjustment, this store is NOT 24 HOURS.Every night at 2am they "shut down" to get ready for breakfast until after 4am. If you want Mcdonalds in Liberty during the day, go to the one on 291 and save yourself the headache.
I have said time and time again MARK the drinks so your customers get the correct drinks! But nope the just continue to give people UNSWEET TEA when you order sweet tea YUCK SO BITTER TASTING! Come on McDonalds hire people who can at least get the tea from the right machine! I know when they don't have any up front they just lie and tell you its sweet tea because they are to lazy to back and get the right stuff! I know because this has happened at least twice to me and i had to get out of my car and go in and they had to go to the back and make it 5-10 minutes.
Slow service. Only three cars in front of me and it took 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru. My fries were greasy and mediocre warm, the double quarter with cheese was stacked inedibly on a dried out bun. The patties were barely warm enough to melt the cheese. The bottom bun felt like a hockey puck around the edges. The onions looked like THEY sat under a heat lamp too long. What a disgusting bag of sustenance.
This is the worst McD's. Almost $10 for a LG #6 filet-O-fish and not even a napkin plus Luke warm soggy fries, partially filled drink w/ no ice.
You should try our new app they said. Someone will bring your order out in 5 minutes they said. After 15 minutes they brought the order out. Ordered and paid for McDoubles but only got cheeseburgers.
this McDonald's has the most terrible coke but the best and most fresh food staff is always friendly and polite no matter how busy they are service is still fast and efficient
Terrible workers terrible food terrible preparation. They are always down and can't take orders. Well if there system was trully down then I couldn't place a Mobil order on the app. Hmm so again terrible everything
Sat in line for over 30 minutes and still didn’t get our food called to ask them if we could come inside to pick up our ice cream cone and then told the lady to cancel our order and she decided to be hateful about how we were being unsympathetic because there was only two workers in the store.
