They put the meanest and rudest people at this Location!I wish Liberty had a Captain D’s?I haven’t been to this location over a year and still have Rude employees at Drive-thru.Just for asking for Cocktail sauce and malt vinegar.?
I just went through the drive through and the lady in the drive through messed up the order and when we pulled up to the window there was a person behind us and she was being very rude to her right in front of us I have not tryed the food yet. I work for a fast food places and I’m always in drive though but I’m never mean or disrespectful to the people that are behind the person in the window.
Service was not great. Nothing was filled or stalked and there were many tables with dirty trays and food left on them. Had to wait forever and one customer actually walked behind the counter to get napkins after asking
I have Long John's maybe once a year and always regret not going more. However, it's a greasy, oily mess and I love it.
Mandy is a very racist general manager. She needs some diversity training. It’s terrible how she fired the assistant manager. That assistant manager was one of the best workers that ever graced long john silvers as a company. I wish Brett was still working there, he made both his employees and customers happy and feel welcomed. I also heard there’s some nepotism at play with Mandy and a family member? Do better Long John Silvers
The food was good there fries were amazing my mother even liked them and she don't eat fries.not a long wait in the drive through.
Went there for lunch. Ordered from A&W side of the menu. They were out of rootbeer!! How?? It's literally part of the name!!! They had me park and wait even though I was the only one in line. 5 minutes later I get some burger that tasted like it was cooked (and burnt) an hour ago.
Worst drive thru experience ever!!!! 30 minutes + now sitting in line and parking lot! Formmu husband to have to walk inside. He's been in there 10 minutes now!!Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Given wrong drink already!Not offered any money back or anything to make up for this BS!!!
One of the last stores open In the KC metro area. Sad. They messed up on the order but I checked before I left. They fixed it promptly. Food was hot and fresh and tasted good. So no harm no foul.
I would not spend a dime at the liberty mo location. Tonight marks the second time I have called their store and asked if the dining room is open and get told yes. So I drive the 20 minutes to the location only to have them have just locked the doors. The dining room closed would not be a reason to leave this review but to call and be told that it is open and drive 20 minutes for them to decide to close early is.
