but I'm not happy with them at this time, you guys used to do freaky fast service but now you don't what happened to that? I called the other day to get a order and I asked if they could have it there before a certain time and they said
12:30 om lunch: order unwich x-pickle:1) can barely hear them when order ready 2) they tlk soo soft 3) you can seriously see these guys playing/joking when making your order 4) SOOO freaking slow 5) they forgot my pickles after they said it had x-pickles.Make sure you go here when no one is here to get a better meal. what a joke
Having worked in the restaurant business before, I know how important customer service is. I walked in for lunch and there were 7 employees working , half were on their phones and was not greeted by any of them . Even manager was sitting and on his phone. Not impressed!
I ordered food for delivery they took money from my account and never delivered had numerous issues with them this is the last straw
The past several times I’ve gotten food from this jimmy johns I’ve gotten food poisoning. So have many others I know. The employees are extremely unprofessional, and most of the time they just stand around on their phones, even when there are orders to be made. Awful language, and they just don’t care. I will not be returning to this location.
Not a fan of liberty Jimmy John's. My order was 2 hours late getting to me and although the staff apologized nothing was done. The drink was melted and the sandwich was warm. When I complained to corporate they told me that each franchise individually owned But they would reach out to them. So then I thought I'd try them again a couple weeks later they had taken me out of their delivery area. I guess this is how we handle customer service now in 2021 at Jimmy John's. Cancel culture. Don't bother ordering from Jimmy John's in Liberty. More than likely you'll be disappointed and they don't care.
Wonder food and great service. Best Diet Coke around.

Disappointed they didn't deliver or have a drive thru. The staff was friendly. Not exactly freaky fast but it wasn't a long wait.
They just delivered the best JJ's sandwich I've ever had. Thanks!!
