The food was okay. I felt really bad for the girl that was serving because she was pretty much the only server and she told us she wasn't even really a server anymore. She didn't have the greatest menu knowledge and she openly blamed the kitchen staff for messing up our food. This is something that I greatly dislike because I was a server for years and I always found it distasteful to throw the kitchen staff under the bus. Other than that though she was very friendly and was quick to fix the problem which was appreciated.

The restaurant was not bust at all. I counted five other tables with customers the entire time I was there. Nevertheless it was too long of a wait (approximately 10 minutes) till we were greeted and had our drink orders taken. Food was warm ish at best. I remember thinking the plate was much hotter than the food. Although our server was nice the rest of the experience was terrible.

I got the country fried steak and it was just OK. Pancakes were good and I loved the syrup. My son got strawberry and banana and he thought it was just ok and didn't think it was worth the extra cost. We had a large group and was able to visit and they let us which was really nice. We also were able to be seated quickly on a Saturday morning. Would I go there again? Yes. Would I be excited to go there again? No unless the company was going to be great.

This is a good place for a late night dinner or when I worked overnights, a *very* early breakfast. Although I will say this: please PLEASE be patient with whatever staff you're dining with, because normally, they're understaffed (like everywhere else) so your wait time might be a bit longer. But other than that, I really would recommend it. If you can grab some friends and catch up for a bit while you're waiting, or are just generally a more patient, kinder person, you'll be just fine.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went early in the morning and there was food and trash under nearly every table. Probably from days of piling up. The table was dirty. Our silverware had food stuck to it. Then my daughters drink had mold floating in it! I asked to cancel my order and the manager kept saying we will box it up to go. You can't clean anything that the customer can see, I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like where the customer doesn't see. Bothered by the response of the manager who seemed more interested in still getting my money vs fixing or finding a solution. My daughter said she was scared because of the way he talked and approached me. He threw his hands on the table and acted as if I was the problem. Will never, ever go back and hope I discourage you as well. Seems like food poisoning central.

We sat for almost 15 minutes before anyone came to our table to take our drink order. Then it was another 10 minutes until we received our drinks. The restaurant was not very busy and seemed adequately staffed at least on the floor. When we received our food it was barely lukewarm. The coffee was awful and they were out of cream. We were too tired from a red eye flight to complain and get fresh hot food so we just sucked it up and ate. We usually have a good experience at this IHOP. Maybe they were just having an off day.

Half the seats have giant tears in them. A board on the wall was half hanging off. The hot sauce looked thick and moldy. Holes in multiple walls. Food was edible but it cost $34 for two basic meals (no apps and only one of us had coffee). I haven't been to an IHOP since 2020 but it use to be under $20 for two and the portions were twice the size. I would at least stay away from this location.

Super awesome people. Hard-working. We tipped our waitress very well. She used proper serving technique. I was very astonished to get great service. Why 4 stars. Out off all creamers. Supply issue.

The old host lady is the absolute WORST! She doesn’t greet or smile OR talk!!! If you are that miserable with your life then maybe you should do something that doesn’t involve working with customers. She also brought our food out I asked for syrup, she didn’t respond and just walked away. TEN minutes later the server comes by to ask how our food is and I said I asked for syrup and had to wait an additional 5 more minutes to receive it. Terrible customer service. Got to finally eat my food once it got cold. PLEASE hire a friendly host, that sets up your first impression & I know this lady has been here for a long time! You lose people when you continue to treat your guest like that.
