Ordered Uber. Never delivered and took my the money anyway. Never again!
Enjoyed Trivia Night!! Loved the half-priced appetizers, too!
Great people, lovely selection of items in the store.
Wahlburger was disappointing... onion rings were more like onion straws & my daughter's sloppy joe didn't have a top, bottom was hard. my Wahl-peno was good however.
For the second time, using aisles on line, I was charged the full price of all items. They withdrew $45.31 from my account when my total order was $21.35. When trying to fix the problem, they then withdrew the $21.35, on top of the $45.31. I’m now waiting to see if it will finally be fixed. How many people has this happened to that never noticed it?! I will never order through aisles on line again and will make sure as many people as I can know this is happening so it doesn’t happen to them.
Whole Fryer Chickens in the ad for 1.49 a pound. Meat Department is out of those whole chickens. The sale sign is still posted in the meat case, right next to whole chickens that are marked 1.99 a pound, check your chicken before you buy it.
My loathing for this store in incalculable, whether it be the pretentious snobs that shop here, the overpriced groceries or the deceptive pricing.
My biggest complaint is with your Hy-Vee personal shopper’s. When you have multiple of them down the same aisle every Aisle you go to, it makes it very hard and extend the shopping time in the store over double what it should take. Their carts are always in the way causing traffic jams in the aisles.
Good is always good. I mostly order on line to pick up and it seems lately I'm always missing something from my order.
My problems are not really about slow service but service in general, that was my best option. I placed my first ever order for AOL, pick up was scheduled for Friday 5-6pm. I received a text letting me know it would be late and not to come pick up until they notified me. I called to see how late because some of the items were for our dinner that night. I was told 730-8, yes kind of odd to say 730.
