I ordered a loaded biscuit and recieved a biscuit with barely anything on it except egg and sausage crumbles. I had eaten 1/3 of it and took it back inside. When I questioned it I was immediately met with rudeness and when I asked for my money back I was told no and to leave. Jennifer dug thru my biscuit with her fingers to show me it ccx was loaded, it was not. I was threatened with being charged with trespassing. I was given my money back but they front line staff was rude and very unprofessional. This could of been handled so easily. I was polite and calm thru the entire exchange but was treated badly the entire time. I do not complain or do not even have high expectations of a hardee's but I do expect at least a semblance of my order and to be treated with respect. I visited this hardees on 6/2/22 at 10:20 am and my order # 408441. I would like nothing more than to have a conversation with the owner of this store. I have read other reviews and common theme here seems to be Jennifer, that is the name on my ticket also.

The food is good, especially the breakfast. But the female manager, Jennifer, needs to find a new line of work. Terrible attitude, rushes you when trying to order and God forbid if you ask her a question or ask for a condiment. Jennifer, I know working fast food ain’t the best gig, but find a new line of work then if you hate your life that much.

All the tables were dirty. We had to wipe ours down before we could use it. The onion rings were cooked to death. Won't go back.

Fast food, service and kind greetings. They even gave extra cookies for them thinking they've made me wait too long. Nice service!

Absolutely awful. We were all feeling yucky for about 2 days because they had the friers on a low setting. So fries Nd chicken were bread warm and full of grease! We will never be going here again

Slow service, waitress touched the French fry carton to her ear. Had to ask for a cup. Bathrooms were not clean. Waitress using her phone while she was cooking the fries. Long wait for food! Don't go to this Hardee's

The drive thru line had about 6 card and we were in a hurry so we went in. The GM was working drive thru and heard us say that we just came in because the line was so long. She had a HUGE attitude and said it'll be 10 minutes. When we said it was okay she said OR MORE, rolled her eyes and called on an employee named Kristin to take over drive thru. Assuming she was just stressed or having a bad day we still ordered. The order taker then took our order wrong and when we pilotly tried to correct him he said, "Well thats what you ordered but OK. We just decided to leave. We understand and respect the hard work that quick serve restaurants are doing during this unprecedented time. But gor the to just not politely tell us to expect a way or in fact say nothing at all because she wasn't addressed is just terrible customer service and bad for business. Your customers are your most important part of your business and the fact she also overheard her order taker and saw us upset and leaving and did nothing to rectify the situation is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would. We love Hardee's but won't be back.

I’ve always had a good experience with Hardee’s, their staff has always been very nice, and the food is always cooked to perfection! The only issue is their prices have sky rocketed!! Aside from the prices, I’d say best fast food!

Slow service, only 3 people working. I think they felt bad about it. Had 2 cookies I didn't order in my bag. Nice gesture.
