Great food at great prices, served with a smile. We ordered online, left to pick it up and it was ready when we got there! 7 pm on a Friday and appeared to be properly staffed so there weren't any stressed out employees. Notable - they give very generous portion sizes for their fries! We split a large fry between 4 large and hungry adults. Also notable, their online ordering interface was incredibly simple to use, and the customization options were very clear. No hidden "oops I missed it" surprises.I will have to frequent Five Guys more often!
Upsetting. Fries were very very greasy, as was cheeseburger. The sack employee handed me for my to go order was also covered in grease spots, so I asked for another one & she put original bag inside second one, which was immediately covered on grease spots from her hands!Cheeseburger was dry, fries were limp great and flavorless. NOT what I've come to expect from Five Guys!
If you gave a bad review because of employees not wearing the g4y mask stuff then you're ret4rded. They get 2 stars because they don't really seem to give 2 shlts at this location. Very slow and unenthusiastic
Not nearly as good as I remembered. Waited too long for my food. Received a huge portion of fries but they were undercooked. Our burgers were soggy. I only got bacon and mushrooms and my bun just got soaked and turned to mush. We only 7 min away so it wasn't like my food sat in my car forever. Too bad. Tons of burger places in the same area that I can choose from
I asked for a wrap with no cheese. They put cheese on it. I took it back, and they said they would make me another. What they actually did was scrape off the cheese. I asked for NO cheese because I CANT eat cheese. I threw away my meal and walked off. Sorry to waste food, but i cant eat cheese. Scraping cheese off the burger doesn't cut it.
Used to love this place, but not since the remodel. The food doesn't taste good anymore and they keep getting my order wrong. Last night was the last straw - completely screwed up my order (placed thru the app) making dinner a most unpleasant experience. it's really a shame.
Absolutely delicious burgers and fries! It may be a bit pricier than some, but it's also better and very large portions. Great food and friendly staff. I highly recommend.

Very nice employees, but the quality of the ingredients they use has gone very far downhill. The buns have been stale, or almost stale the last 2 times I've been to the store, and today in addition to that, I bit into a 90% white tomato slice. I don't want to pay 8 dollars for a burger and then bite into a chunk of hard, extremely underripe tomato. Disgusted, and very disappointed. Will not be going back to 5 guys for a long time, and definitely not this location.
I ordered my meal an hour ahead of time, and when my wife stop by to pick it up, she still had to wait 20 minutes, past the prescribed pick up time. This is happened the last three times that we’ve been on the online order. It’s always 15 to 20 minutes late.Only this time besides being late, I didn’t even get my correct order I asked for a double burger, with Mayo, grilled onions and lettuce. I got meat and bread. I’ve always been a big fan of five guys, but I’ve lost my confidence in your quality control.Your meals are not cheap, by any means. In the past they have always been worth the extra money to get such good service and a good burger. But now that’s not happening anymore. I’m very disappointed.
