The donuts that I had were dry and no flavor. I was so disappointed because I was enroute to church and didn't call or go back.Also, I had a reward that was supposedly a discount for a butter pecan coffee which was good, but half full. The cup was very small for $3.49. Where was the discount from my reward?I shared my concern with the young woman who prepared the coffee and she said that's what you getI went on my way and haven't been back. Also, before that visit, I hadn't been there in over a year because I'm not a coffee drinker or regularly eat donuts
I arrived around 4:40am and staff was friendly and got everything I ordered fast and right
Dunkin literally refuses to give people's money back on items they don't have. I've called corporate and reported to the BBB. Corporate couldn't have been more clear on how much they didn't care. They find it easier to lie and hang up on people. They basically took $14 and refused to give me a product for it. I've tried now for 9 weeks to get a refund only to continue to be lied to after telling me they already gave it to me. Asking for the date of said refund, I'm hung up on. 100% of the time. They'll offered a credit, but when using the credit, you don't get items again and it's a never ending loop.Looks like I'll find a nice mom and pop shop. Or Starbucks is going to get my money. I'll never attend Dunkin again.
Everything was excellent! Had a small issue with the payment application that was handled perfectly by the team member.
This is my normal go to place for coffee, but the last few times I've come here here they just have not made it right even though it says it on the the sticker.

Ugh I am so mad at myself for not getting a receipt. I give this place a 2 star because there are times it's alright. But twice have I been given burnt food, and this last time I went just sent me over the edge. My sandwich was wrong, my hash browns were absent, and my coffee tasted like they dumped garlic salt in it. I actually had to think back to when I was ordering and interacting with the staff to see if I had done anything that could have come off as rude because this had to have been some payback. I was civil with them, there was no unpleasant exchange, and I respect employees who have the unfortunate job of having to deal with customers. Could I have made a face on accident? I have no idea. It has to have been a prank.
This is the fourth time at this location since their renovation. They still can’t get my order correct!! I was given sugar instead of Splenda. Caffeine instead of decaf!!!! You won’t catch me going there again!!!!
I frequently visit the Liberty location and rarely have any order misses. The staff is always friendly and polite and they are usually never out of something I order. Definitely my favorite Dunkin'!
Terrible service. You could wait in line for 10 minutes before hearing a voice, then wait another 10 at the window. I think there is only teenagers who have never worked before running that place. After waiting they ask if I still want what I ordered. In general bad attitudes.
