I never got my pizza tonight and no one would answer the phone. Stores are closed, I only ordered because they’re open late. I ordered with plenty of time before closing. I am so angry and sad and hungry now.
ordered a pizza before closing.. said it was prepared.. in the oven.. and even having a quality check. money was taken from my account but no pizza delivered. why even accept the order to not deliver or call ?
Great Pizza. Best Dominos location I've found in forever. I have had difficulties with the previous few Dominos I have ordered from. I recently moved to Liberty and hesitantly gave this location a chance because of great value using the online app. The pizza has almost always been perfectly cooked and fresh, with generous toppings, at least compared to others I have tried. I always pick up the pizza as the location is close to my house. I've been ordering pizza a bit too much since I've found this location.
Went into the restaurant and ordered 3 Pasta bowls. watch them make it and put it in the oven. waiting and waiting......10 minutes go by and they took my food out. and put it in the warmer and I was sitting right there...DUH DUH DUH!!!!!
Honestly, I don’t think I’m going to order here again. I’ve tried a few times giving them another chance and it’s the same. My pizza always takes over an hour after being in check to arrive. It’s always cold. Out of my last three orders one was undercooked and doughy inside, one was burnt and I couldn’t chew it, and the third would’ve been great if it didn’t arrive an hour after it was done cooking. Don’t bother calling the store though, you’ll just be waiting forever without anyone answering.
Delivery driver forgot my pop, told me to call the store. Called the store 8 times and each time it said call rejected. They also messed up my breadsticks and dip. So I had to go to their store. No apology at all. She offered to remake the dip but I wasn't waiting as I had kids to feed who were waiting on the marinaras they also forgot. Horrible customer service between the driver and the manager.
I'm so upset my food was under cooked. The box my pizza came in was wet because the employee didn't drain the pineapple juice or the peppers .Everything was just wrong and not done right . Crazy thing about all this it happened to me multiple times ...I will not give this location my business anymore. IM DONE... I was in a rush so I didn't check my food until I got home but the point of ordering is to have hot and cooked food right ?
Tried calling... and calling ... and calling. Very apparent no one really wants to work, they just keep the calls "on hold" with no intention of ever answering them. Originally called at 6:44... was placed on hold until 7:13 (yes 29 minutes on hold) until an employee picked up the phone, I could hear workers talking in the background, then a "click".... They hung up on me!I called back and was put on hold for another 33 minutes before I gave up... So if you want Dominos, don't plan on using this location!!!
Worst dominos I've ever experienced in the entire country. There's a reason they have 1.5 stars in here. The manager is the owner's overly entitled 23 year old nephew and won't help anybody with anything. Every order sits in "quality check" for at least an hour and then the staff will hang up on you when you call for a solution. Haven't had one good experience with them in the 5 years ordering there. I'd give zero stars if possible. They cook and prep food with no gloves or hair nets on regardless of a pandemic. This entire establishment should be shut down. Trashiest pizza place in the Kansas City area. Feel free to order there if you want to wait 2 hours for one pizza and a salad just to have your order cancelled and be disrespected. Health department should be shutting them down with the number of violations that go on in there every day.
First let me say that I enjoy Domino's food. However, it is now 6:35pm and my order, according to the tracker, was quality checked at 5:33pm. This is not the first or even second time that this has happened. It is becoming the norm.
