If you are in a rush, DO NOT go through their drive thru! Every now and then I will try to stop on my way to work. Every single time it takes 3 to 5 minutes for someone to answer the intercom. There's never anybody in front of me and maybe 1-3 cars in the parking lot. Then by the time you get to the window it takes 10-20 minutes to get your food (today I waited 7 minutes. The longest I ever waited was 22 minutes. That day I had plenty of time and was just curious how long it was going to be before I got my food. Congratulations on a new record). I got tired of waiting today and just had to drive off. It's ridiculous and completely unnecessary to take that long to get some fast food barbecue.

Ever since the new owners took over, this place is the best in town. The food is so flavorful, the staff is super friendly, and the restaurant is very clean and tidy. Lots of yummy daily specials too. You won't be sorry you went!
Managers are very nice people, service was fast, food was amazing, burnt end was tender ? ?, and the wings are definitely better than BWW.
Ate here over lunch, the service was real good, they wer pretty fast, brought the food right out to our table, and the food was also very good, no complaints for a fast food barbecue thanks?
My pork was cold in the center...it was good until I got to the cold center, wasn't raw just reheated which also caused some of it to be tougher. Not sure if I'll be back. Don't want to waste my money to try it again.
1 and done. Tried this place after recently moving to the area. Ordered 3 of the 3 meat plates with 2 desserts. When I arrived (I chose curbside service) 1 small bag was brought out. I questioned the person and they proceeded to bring out a 2nd bag The bag seemed light. I looked at the items and saw there were 3 plates. Unfortunately it wasn't until I returned home that I realized they gave me 3 plates with 2 meats and not 3 meats like I paid for. I called the store to report the issue only to be told I would be called the next morning by the general manager. No phone call the following day. I won't be returning to Dickey's BBQ again.
I love Dickey's bbq......but the one in Liberty have absolutely lost my business. I drove 40 mins to get a slab of ribs ,cabbage slaw, waffle fries, 2 sweet teas ,. A pulled pork sandwich , bbq beans, waffle fries , dr pepper. And extra sauce ,. I pull around took my card payed for it and didn't even give me my receipt...get my food .... literally drive 10 ft and my girlfriend says we're missing half the order .... Well .over 50 dollars spent .....so I go inside and wait to get help ....then the girl that took my order from the window was acting like she was high and couldn't even comprehend that she literally took my money 3 mins ago ......so this guy walks up and says I remember putting it in there ......Im a vet and served my country. I'm absolutely not going to lie about a 10 dollar sandwich and fries and beans after I drive 40 mins to get here ..... Then he accuses me of hiding the food .....I offer him to come outside and look in my truck. Look everywhere. He wouldn't go see but kept accusing of stealing something I already paid for. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!! Lost my business. Be aware. 17-dec-21
