Fast Food Chicken Shop Salad

I accidentally ordered and paid for 2 cookies 3 minutes prior to closing time. My daughter got there 10 minutes after closing. She talked to a worker who simply turned her away saying that my money would be return to my debit card.It seems like it would have been a simple fix to hand my daughter two already baked cookies from behind the counter. Maybe that wasn’t possible, but it was not communicated. And this was not my first problem at the Liberty location.

Such a disappointing experience I don’t understand what the hype is about. The chicken sandwich was decent, but the one that I received seemed like it had been setting in a warming tray all evening. The kale salad side was a joke of about a quarter cup of kale salad for a few bucks. Google says it’s less busy than normal right now yet it was hard to find a place to set in the dining room because 2/3rds of the tables were not cleaned. I finally a table and completed my order through the app and was waiting for them to bring the food to my table as stated in the app. Instead someone just walked up to the take out shelf, said my name, and dumped my food off. They forgot to include straws or napkins so I had to go hunt those. My booth was sticky like it wasn’t cleaned properly or often. All in all it was way overpriced for the food and experience I had. The best part of my entire meal was the lemonade that I got to drink. That was awesome and I’d come back for one of those if I ever felt like eating here again.

Always reliable Jesus chicken! But those lines, Geez, why? They never go down. The fries are always on point and the chicken about 90% of the time. Deduct 10% when they give me a little chicken. That's very disappointing. But the buns are always bad. They're too crumbly. Why do the buns fall apart so easily. They just fall to pieces. My hope is for a better bun consistency one day!

This is likely the worst CFA to which you will ever go. They do fine with food prep—the quality is consistent from visit to visit and with other CFA restaurants. Equally consistent is the poor customer service, typically experienced as excruciatingly long wait times. About three years ago I decided just never to go to the drive-through, and switched to curbside pick up. That was often slow, but not as slow as drive-through. No longer is curbside pick up available, so avoiding the drive-through now means going inside to pick up your order. It is very unusual for me to comment on a customer service experience in a public forum. I much prefer to speak to a responsible party directly; my point is not to vent anger, but rather to make them aware of the problem. But, after I hunted through the torn up parking lot to find the entrance and then waited for 22 minutes from my takeout order today, there was no manager in sight with whom to speak. So, I’m leaving my feedback here after the worst experience of countless bad experiences at this CFA.

Not a fan of this location, I’ve often seen and heard the line can be really long so I’m not here to complain about that. I just worry how long the line could get if they was actually good at running the location.I was in on 4-14-22 picked up a spicy chicken sandwich unsweet tea and large fry, Simple right? Not for this location, I got sweet tea and the fries was so salty almost like the lid of the salt dispenser just fell off, these wasn’t even edible. Chicken sandwich was fine though. My previous visit I was here years ago and scared to go back after someone was returning a chicken sandwich while I was ordering that was undercooked inside. But let’s get back to the location, the line was short so no outside order takers was working at the time but signs that they had been was present. Styrofoam cups just dropped in the drive though and overall this location just doesn’t look like it’s kept up like the other locations I visit. There’s a lot of competition in this area so I probably will just skip Chick-fil-A when I visit liberty.

Chic-fil-a definitely does their chicken right. It is one of my top five places to go for chicken sandwiches. I wish we had one closer to where I live so I could go more often. They are always busy which I can't blame them. It's hard not to want more of a good thing.

Love the chicken minis. Was gonna get some but after walking through the unlocked dining room door during normal operating hours, I realized nobody was there. Musta been closed or something, idk it was like 8 am on a Thursday. Lmao

Sadly since Covid the service has gone way down..I’ve been probably 10-15 times in the past few years since they switched to drive through only and have never gotten my order 100% correct..sometimes the people are nice but most of the time they just seem miserable..which I understand since it’ll literally be 5 degrees outside and they will still have people outside taking orders..hopefully the inside will open up soon and it’ll make the drive through a little quicker

Do yourself a favor and download the Chick-fil-A app. You earn rewards with every purchase, and these rewards are actually quite delicious ? Did I mention that you can also upload receipts to earn points if you forgot to scan your QR code when you ordered or if a friend doesn't have a rewards account. The parking and line situation at this location is AWFUL!!!!! If you are trying to turn left on the road to even go near the restaurant, good luck. It is forever backed up and interferes with the flow of traffic for those on 152 Hwy.

Zack and Aiden I believe we're their names have not have impressive service there but food is always great. Aiden definitely made my night 4 minutes before close and he was still joyful. Then the man of the night Zack he was so nice I was going to tip them both then realized I did not have cash so I quickly went to the bank and pulled out $20 and gave both of these fine gentlemen a $10 which at Chick-fil-A is not supper common. Definitely will come back when they work and will tip just as well. These are the guys a great company needs. -William
