The food was good and we did enjoy it. It didn't take to long to get the food considering I don't think there were enough workers there. But I worry about who is managing this place. The floor going to the bathroom was slippery but not wet, I think there might be some residue that wasn't cleaned properly.When we first walked in there was no trash bag, the trash can was out. The gentleman covering the dining room was walking around looking for bags.. I guess he didn't know where they were. He got on the headset and asked for bags 2 times. Not sure what else was discussed but he found bags after a few minutes while we were deciding what to order.When we went to go find a table to sit down almost all of them were dirty with some crumbs and such. So I had to wipe a table with a napkin to sit down.The same gentleman took our order nd didn't really interact with us during our order. He got on his headset and was talking about a customer they had just had in the the drive through. Saying things "you should have seen her" He forgot to give us our drinks until I asked for them when our food was ready.When I went to the counter to ask for some Ketchup and ranch there was a lady there. She was being rude to the gentleman who had took our order through the food window. She was mad about something not being cleaned and that she had told him to clean it. She didn't say a word just handed me the items I asked for and went back to talking to the gentleman.I hope they find a way to make this place better and that this review might help bring to light simple problems that can be fixed.
Long John Silvers in the A&W restaurant has very good fresh food, not soggy or greasy.
Food was very good and the staff were great! The cashier was quick to bring us our food. I got the 3 piece chicken meal with rice and French fries. The AW root beer is amazing here. Best place to get it.
Went here with my partner abt 40 minutes before we were supposed 2 attend a fashion show nearby. I was excited bcus I've never eaten at one of these and just wanted to try a float. First, I tried to use the bathroom. There's an employee door in the same hall as the bathrooms, and as I was walking to the bathroom door, the employee door opens and slams into me. The dude that hit me with the door looked at me, said "Ooooh," and then walked away without even a sorry. Literally the rudest thing ever. I called after him that it was okay and he didn't even turn around. After I used the bathroom, I ordered a single regular float (from the worker that had previously bashed me with a door and then walked away). This restaurant is actually a mix of an A&W and a Captian D's, btw. I've worked in multiple fast food places and know a full kitchen when I see one. The kitchen had plenty of workers and the store had almost no customers; despite that, we waited 25 minutes for a single root beer float with no customer service person in sight to question, and ended up getting to the fashion show much later than we wanted 2. The root beer float was delicious, but all that stuff comes pre-made. The workers in this store are rude and terrible at their jobs. Literally horrible experience.

Girl who took my order was very rude when we got to the window and asked what kind of sauce they had she listed them so fast we couldn’t even keep up to pick out which one we wanted. Never coming here again.
We are in the process of rebuilding our crew Grand store so things are a little rough right now but will get better thanks
The 1 counter lady was nice but the place needed a lot of work. It looked old and run down. Not appetizing but not workers fault. Long John's Silvers needs a total revamp or new building. The food was good but we won't be back.
Let me just start by saying I knew I was getting fried food. Now that being said the food tasted like it had been sitting in old grease for hours. The best thing I had on my plate was the Mac and cheese. It was also the only thing that was hot.
No one knew what they where doing, told the lady at the counter i want my sandwich without some toppings, she didn't know how to enter that on the computer, said she would "just tell them". She never told them, good thing i stood close enough to hear it. When the food came it was wrong, i told her it was wrong and she just stared at me and asked if the was ok. No its not ok. I know at this time it is hard to find employees let alone employees that will work hard but this is unacceptable. Will not return.
