I ordered shrimp w/vegetables online. I got there 12 minutes later. When I walked in I noticed their doors and outside windows were filthy. When I went inside the young girl at the front heard me come in and just kept staring at her phone for like a whole minute. This is my biggest pet peeve! The guy in the kitchen came out and asked me my name. I was handed my order without a thank you from either one of them.The girl never looked up from her phone. WOW! I live 5 minutes away. When I got home the food was still hot but I smelled a "fishy" smell. So it turns out the shrimp was not fresh which ruined what would have been a great meal. Is it because I'm not Asian? I don't warrant some delicious Chinese food and some decent customer service? The egg roll was good...can't ruin that. The crab rangoon was decent. The rest of the dinner was smelly and tasted like 5 day old shrimp. Shrimp does not stay fresh more than 2 days if left un-frozen. Can the girl staring at her phone clean the doors and windows to give a better first impression? I wonder when it will get shut down like most family owned Chinese restaurants do? If they don't really want stupid Americans purchasing their products then why are they here? I asked for no MSG. Maybe this was my punishment. They use a ton of it to preserve their food for longer so they don't have to rotate the product as often. This is a detrimental method in restaurants. Not that they care, but I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! Also, I will tell everyone I know this place has horrible food and horrible customer service!! The 2 things that will shut down a restaurant in no time. I will also do a Facebook search for your business and leave another negative review. Too bad, Chinese is my favorite food. Good luck! You're going to need it...

DONT EVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I went in to grab food and wanted some hot mustard, the lady said it would be a $1. All I needed was one packet then they said 25 cents for ONE packet of hot mustard. It wasn't homemade. If it was homemade then I would have no problem spending $1 or 25 cents. But it wasn't, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
We have been very loyal to Young’s, tonight was a bummer, odd tasting, salty, msg. Very rude staff, last couple of times this has been our experience.
My husband and I don't live far from there so we stopped to eat. No one was there but one waitress. We heard two way radio the whole time eating and we got very sick for two days and nights after eating there. We'll NEVER go back and would suggest it be investigated.
I was so excited to take my dad to lunch and try this place dinning in. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and not only was his food cold and bland but it was the wrong order (the bland could be part of their "diet" meal but this had NO flavor whatsoever. I specifically asked for a "Lunch special" but cooked like the diet one with the items on the side.Ended up paying for the regular meal and getting less. The lunch comes with less servings but an added eggroll Crab Rangoon and egg drop soup. A great deal honestly. But he was very disappointed.His meal was 9 and mine was 6 and somehow the bill ended up to be $20 before tip with 3 waters. We were alone (which is not a bad thing I have 2 noisy boys) but when needing refills or questions or normal waiter/waitress needs, no one was there. Didn't get not 1 refill and we were there for the better half of an hour.I have to say my food was fine and tasted ok but I was so disappointed with the situation for my father that it ruined the meal for me. I tried to ask for clarification or at least the lunch price without bringing out the extras and she wouldn't work with me. Infact she just stared. I dont give communication a pass because if you are front desk and doing all the customer service and answering the phone you should at least know how to speak about your menu and have somewhat an understanding of english. So i dont think this was the case. Won't be going back.
The food I ordered was good, but the 3 black hairs I found were enough for me to never come back. And there lucky to get 2 stars.That's disgusting, and 1 of em was at the bottom of my food in a to go container as I was putting into a container for later.Disgusting.
My order has one spring roll that had already been eaten! Yes, it had teeth marks and I called to complain and Jenny the assistant there translated for the manager Mr. Chinn. So they told me to call the health department and the city. They didn't apologize or offer to reimburse us. She was very rude!
Food was mediocre and their sweet and sour red sauce was darker than other Chinese Restaurants. Not a very good flavor in the sauce and it was too runny.
Took over an hour for takeout, put in order at 6, got to the restaurant at 6:30, they had not even started working on my order. There was one other person who was trying to pick up their order when I was there, it looks like they just forgot to start. Portions were large, but quality was very low. Even the rice was not cooked very well, let alone the entrees.
