Dry and undersauced wings. Fries were bland. This location is not up to the standards of other Wingstops I’ve been to
Went for the 1st and last time a couple days ago. The seasoned fries were not seasoned and just plain, maybe 2% seasoning overall. The wings were hard and dry af with like a dollop or 2 of sauce for the whole batch, was not fresh sauce at all and barely had any on them. Most good places give them to you dripping in marinade, not with barely any sauce. Won't be back.
Lee's Summit location service is horrible. I was told 20 minute wait and asked for refund and left after 50 minutes. There were people that said they were there for over an hour waiting for their food.
So slow. Unbelievably slow. Seriously if you want wings just buy some chicks, raise them, slaughter them and cook them yourself... It'll save you time.
Expect to wait 40 minutes for food. 20 minutes over what the front of house estimated when the place was not that busy.
I worked there with a friend and the manager (Winston) made my friend pick up chicken off the floor and still had him serve it to people. How does that make sense? This establishment is not comparable to the location in KC.To add onto this, he was subjected to work with dishes when he has an allergy with the sanitizer used and the manager said there were multiple other people with the same problem. This should not be a problem, the way he went about solving the problem was not. He does not care about workers as much as he does about profits for the company and for his own benefits.While I was working there I had to sit in the back for over an hour doing nothing while the line was busy and I asked to clock in for work, however that never happened. Avoid the lees summit location Wingstop if you want clean, swift and accurate results.I know from working there that it should not take more than 30 minutes to get someone's order out the door, possibly something wrong with their management.

A little too expensive but everything is these days. They were super busy but didn't crack under pressure despite visibly annoyed guests that had been waiting a while. Fries were a bit cold but wings had a good flavor and were cooked well. It's a new location so give some grace when ordering.
The team here is so sweet! The girl who helped finish my order was so nice! And the manager does not make enough money to deal with nonsense! Ill come back here just cause the staff may have lost one customer but they gained two. Keep doing your best
