A very quaint coffee shop situated just off the main strip in downtown Lee's Summit. A cozy interior with a sizable menu makes this a nice spot to take a 5-minute or a 30 minute break and just unwind with a nice cup of coffee. This place does some nice latte creations that keep me coming back to try something new. Also a nice range of merch and coffee bags to take the flavors home.
Tried to order breakfast sandwiches and learned it would be a 20-25 minute wait. While I appreciate that we were warned ahead of time so we didn’t spend half an hour waiting on a sandwich, it still took forever to get one drink. One of us ordered a drip and the barista was so eager to serve the person after us that she never gave us the cup for the drip which they usually do at the counter. Since she was talking to the next person before we could even move out of the way, we decided to wait until my drink came out, thinking maybe they would give us the cup for the drip coffee then. But no cup and you can’t get anyone’s attention to ask for a cup unless you get back in the long line and wait to talk to the person taking orders. I think they grind coffee at the counter too which makes it hard to hear the barista and I imagine hard for her to hear customers. If you have a lot of time to kill and tolerance for tons of noise this is the place for you.
To all DoorDash dashers NEVER deliver to this business unless you want a $2 tip for delivering over 20 gallons of milk and six 20 lbs bags of ice with no assistance from staff! Two nice customers helped me with the ice.
Had early coffee and catch up chat with a friend. Friend didn't feel outrageous and got regular coffee. I got a latte made with heavy whipping cream and a dash of sugar free hazelnut.There are booths, hightables and even larger table for a group of 5 or more.The service is warm and friendly.You can purchase bags of coffee beans, flavors and other related goodies for fellow coffee addicts:)You can also get very light breakfast food options, think muffins, croissants, sandwiches etcQuaint, characteristic place that serves delicious coffee. What more could 2 people ask for on a sunny Saturday a.m? ?
I love their coffee and food so much! Some of the best in LS! The only thing that bums me is they don’t have a lot of outlets or outlets that work to work on your device if it needs to charge.
This is an adorable coffee shop tucked in the middle of downtown Lee's Summit. We decided on a whim to get coffee and we're so glad we did. Great atmosphere and great coffee.
Even though they were super busy, the team seemed happy to help explain a few things about their many, many flavors of coffee. On top of their friendly atmosphere and attitude, my Candied Orange latte came out amazing!!

Food is good when they remember to send it 2022 will catch my wrath I work remotely and order a lot so when you rush an order and forget something out of it you won’t get a good review from me. Do better
Ordered a plain coffee & "The Terminator" breakfast sandwich through Doordash on a whim in the midst of finals having never tried them before. Holy moly. Hands down the most delicious breakfast I've ever had. No exaggeration, *chefs kiss* perfection. Sooo yummy!Plain coffee doesn't have much to brag about in general, but my coffee was fresh & flavorful. Adding Whistle Stop to one of my favorite places!
