Awful. Went through the drive through and when we got home found that my wife's salad was old and browning. The chicken sandwiches are pictured as a juicy chicken breast, but the reality is a beaten flat piece of meat that resembles a large nugget. Called for refund but have not had a response.
Moldy bread, cold fries, warm drinks. Can't believe I've been eating here for the past few weeks. God only knows what's been in my body now.
Very good food for fast food! They need more employees. Restaurant is closed to customers. We didn't know. Had our grandchildren with us! I really like Wendy's though. Pandemic has changed so much!!
Got all the way through ordering for them to tell us there were no French Fries. Most normally that would be fine, but when it’s one of your main menu items, a sign posted before you get in the drive through would be nice.
I’ve been having the Wendy’s spicy chicken for years and always been happy with it. Today I got what looked and tasted like a frozen patty from a warehouse club. I’m assuming that Wendy’s corporate has made this change. I won’t have the spicy chicken sandwich again. Sadly.
Their drive-thru line was long so I went in for take-out. There was a line inside as well but it wasn't an issue until I got to the counter. I was ignored (not greeted by anyone but the shift leader (Hispanic lady in maroon shirt) looked at me several times. Once the cashier came back, he was pleasant and I got my food soon enough. The food was typically mediocre at best. I don't plan to return.
Only 3 cars in the drive thru line and the wait was ridiculous. I waited over 15 minutes and not even on car moved. You would think they were in a dinner rush but how when no one is even there? Don't waste your money or time coming here.
Showed up about 430 drive thru was backed up to the road by 500 we were finally the vehicle behind the one ordering. After another five mins of sitting there we went next door. TB had no wait in there drive thru, and was real friendly service. I've never wait so long in a drive thru, even after gettin our food next door the vehicle we were behind still wasnt at the window at Wendy's to recieve thiers.
I had not been to a Wendy's for years, but stopped at the Lee's Summit store and the young lady in the drive thru was very polite and efficient. The mngr came to window to joke with me about the coupon I couldn't read, because I didn't have my readers! They were all very polite and prompt. I will go here more often.
I got off work at 6 am. Waited in line at 6:20 for them to open up. 6:35 I went to the window and was informed 7:00 am open time. Misrepresented. I went to McDonald's. Told the cars behind me. They lost money
