This Waffle House has gone severely down hill. Half the restaurant is unused, and we’re told there’s no spots to sit? There’s easily 4 booths not being used for no apparent reason, another booth the lady was just too lazy to clean, and an entire row of chairs at the table top that we’re told are for waiting to go orders only. SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS. This is pathetic and you do not deserve business if you’re going to turn it away when you have open seats.

Absolutely awesome. Came from 5 hours away to a convention there and this place rocks! Outstanding service by our waitress polite and on top of it.food hot and fresh and very good. Can't recommend them enough. if I lived closer I would be there regularly .dam good food! Good prices .can't lose on this .try them you will not be disappointed!
Perfect. One of the best sausage egg and cheese sandwiches I have ever had. The hash browns were amazing with gravy. Hot food with excellent service. You can't beat it.
I was racially profiled for the first time in my 28 years of life. Myself, my mother and son just wanted WH, we couldn’t even make it to the front door before a white waitress came out the side door to say they were only doing to go orders…although a bunch of white families were seated enjoying their meal, although we’d just watched a white family walk in before us and be seated!! When I inquired about why she stated “just because”…
I been to the Lees Summit location twice and the food was Great both times! Service was Awesome! I had Erica as my server today and she did an Amazing job! I’m definitely coming back, it’s the best breakfast place in Lees Summit!!!
This location was great. The facility was clean, the service was fast and attentive and the food was hot and delicious. We would absolutely visit again, waffle house for the win
AMAZING STAFF!!! My husband and I haven’t had waffle house since we left my hometown in NC and this Waffle House was welcoming. Everyone were so sweet and attentive. I give them 10/10. The best part they are military friendly ? will definitely be coming back!!!
The waitress Jenny, was the best waitress young lady I have seen in years. Polite, smiled, attentive, professional and good. Food was good. Eggs for over medium a little too runny. Whites should be set. But over all very good. Coffee was great. Starbucks could learn something about real coffee from Waffle House. I hadn't eaten at waffle house in years, was sad to see the waffles are different, but the over all breakfast was very good. Thanks Jenny
