Our first visit but will not be our last. Good customer service. Excellent grilled cheese sandwiches. Smoothies were top notch. It is a challenge if you want to dine in. Limited seating. 2 small tables with 2 chairs each and at sit down counter that seats about 8.
I went to place an order online for delivery, then when I placed the order, it says I have to go pick it up....um then why tf do you have a delivery option on your app???? So I had to call to cancel the order and now waiting on my refund...annoying....
They would not honor Tropical Smoothie's "review us" coupon. This location needs new management!
Absolutely love the Kiwi Quencher smoothie substituted with Splenda. I get it every time! And now my coworker goes here too! Their food is great as well! Good quick service!
The food is just fine, but prices are pretty good
Not impressed for the money. Broke the plastic fork trying to cut giant pieces of meat they didn't want to cut up or provide a plastic knife.Food on the outside of bag and drink cup, because I want that to get all over the inside of my $80,000 truck. Great smoothie. Get better at food and keeping it in the package/containers.
It was good but wish they had at least small and large. Took my granddaughter and it was to big for a 6 year old
I came in about 20 minutes before close to have my drink made. I left and started driving before I tasted it and it was not made correctly. There were ice chunks and pieces of Spinach. I call the next day (I didn’t want to call right before close) and they said they couldn’t help because a manager wasn’t there. When I went the next day the manager, Mike, insinuated that I was lying and insisted that I should have called that day because obviously I tried my drink before close. He was extremely rude and told me that I should have known this. What I know, is that I also work in a fast food restaurant and when orders are made wrong, you fix them politely and with urgency, all of which this place lacked. Everyone there is great, except for Mike
