I was given the wrong order twice in a row in one visit. After checking the bag and realizing it was incorrect, I circled back through the drive thru and explained what was incorrect and what I ordered. They apologized and gave me a new bag a few minutes later. Assuming it was made correctly, I went home before checking the new bag, and it was also incorrect.
Would give 0 star if I could. What happened to this taco bell!?!?!?? 25 minutes waiting in line, forgot to give me my drinks and sauce and had to wait at window so when he finally opened the window he acted aggravated that I wanted my drinks and sauce ? . Food was nasty and very little meat in my tacos.... just 95% lettuce and a few shreds of cheese. Time to find another taco bell ugh even if it's further away. First review on this but NOT my first bad experience from this taco bell!!!!! Again what's going on with this place.... rudeness from employees and poor quality of food
Great Taco bell as they make their food using proper portions as should be and great customer service... Sometimes when they're rushed they don't do the best job but that happens anywhere but watch out for the app because it doesn't always work at this store correctly. If Taco Bell has an app it ought to work correctly. Also the Mexican Pizza is back and just as good as ever
I just ordered food and came home. Half the order is missing. This isn’t the first time food has been missing from this place. Was missing two tacos and nachos. I will never go here again and I suggest everyone to never come here as well. Multiple times they mess up orders, food is a missing ingredients or bad service. Save your money and go to a different one.
Six people in kitchen and I was told they had no one to personally take my order that I had to use the kiosk to order. I’ll take my business else where and not return. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Date of visit 4/6/22 8pm
I am a door dash driver and came in about 12:15am on a Sunday night/Monday morning was asked to pull around to the parking lot to wait for the order and he would bring it out. I waited 17 min and watched 7 cars go get served before I drove around and went through the drive thru again to see what was taking so long. No explanation or apology was given even though it's MY tip and MY rating that is affected by their laziness and poor service. Not to mention I could have done 2 if not 3 dashes plus this one in the time that they took preparing a simple 4 item order. 30 min picking up one prder. In In 30 min prior I made $18. Wasted my time costing me money!

I'm from out of town. Came up here to work. The first night we stopped in for dinner they completely messed our order up, our food was cold. They couldn't even use the correct wrappers on the burritos. But we didn't have time to turn back aroundThe second day we stopped in for lunch and one of my guys is older and a little senial. So I asked if he could place his order at the register and the lady said he has to use the kiosk. And that I'd have to help him. Like what?? Just because there's a kiosk doesn't mean yall cant help people that can't use them! Like do your job. Not everyone knows how to use the technology. Heck I'm 25 and I have a hard enough time using them.
I generally don’t post reviews of a place unless it’s really good or really bad service. After repeated bad experiences here, figured it was time. First off, do not order food from here on door dash. The odds that you actually get what you order if you make any alterations (ie no sour cream) is incredibly slim. And any combo that comes with a drink….good luck on the drink, Bc it ain’t coming with. The staff is generally rude and seem very uninterested in the work they are doing. Even something as simple as sauce is a tough job for the crew here. My last experience, asked for hot sauce at the speaker when ordering and again when he handed me the bag. He said “it’s in there” so I said cool and pulled on out. Shockingly enough, when I got just outside the parking lot to check, there was no sauce. Lobby closed (except for the workers inside hanging out), and cars in the drive thru so sauce wasn’t happening. This location is convenient Bc it’s 3 min from my house, but I’ll be driving the extra time to another location from now on.
Came from colorado where your lucky if you can find any food in the taco shell, good job on a decent taco, please tell colorado, ?
