Went to this location tonight and got several items. Had a cup of nacho cheese that was less than half full, taking only 4 chips to use it all (should have taken a before picture). Ordered a spicy potato soft taco that had exactly 0 potatoes on it. Finally, was given a chicken toasted cheddar chalupa that should have been ground beef. If they're going to be that lazy, they should just close. Worst TB experience I've ever had.
If I could give a -50 Stars I would I came to the store to doordash and the general manager Leslie Sweatman was the most rudest unprofessional with a very bad attitude general manager I have ever met in my life she does not deserve to be a general manager it is so sad that customers said this is the worst Taco Bell they have ever been to in their life so unprofessional this woman was even hollering at her employees who wants to work in this kind of environment nobody Taco Bell you really need to look into this general manager you can do a whole lot better I was waiting for my other for 30 minutes I keep hearing her say don't worry about the Dasher order get the drive-thru done so I walked up to the counter and asked her can I get a Time on how long my order will be done she got so snotty she told me that she couldn't talk to me that she needs to go back and get her orders done and she said all kind of other things I won't mentioned on here she is so unprofessional
I went this morning to pick up a mobile order. No cars in front of me, I went straight to the drive thru. Sat there for about 3 minutes, no one said anything.I called, no one answered. If I hadn’t already paid I would have driven off… but I figured I just need to pick up my food.Went to the door, it was locked but I could see two workers sitting in the lobby on their phones. One of them comes up and says “We can help you in the drive thru.”I told her I’d already sat in the drive thru and she said “Oh geez, must have forgotten to turn my headset on.” No apology, no professionalism at all.I then get back in my car, drive to the drive thru window. More bad news: they’re out of potatoes. That’s not their fault but I realize they haven’t even started making my food. I ask for a refund, which they said they couldn’t do because it was a mobile order.I love Taco Bell, but I’ll never go back here. I’ve had a ton of bad experiences here and this is the last straw.
There is nothing positive about this place anymore. I know we are desperate for workers but providing pathetic service isn’t going to help make the business money. Our cashier tonight was to busy listening to her headphones to hear our order. Had to repeat it several times while she rudely rushed us to finish our order. Food is right 60% of the time. I know they are young kids but training needs to be better. Take the couple extra minutes to go to the other lees summit locations.
This Taco Bell is the worst 45 minutes in drive thru line. Not enough workers you say? Well pay them more, for enough money I’ll come work here
Only drive thru open which is fine. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru with only 4 cars in front of me. Note, this location was a mess even PRE PANDEMIC. As other reviewers have mentioned, close it & sell it if you cantprovide decent service. If you look at other reviews, corporate never responds, so obviously they dont care either. The person in front of me had only 1 burrito & Iwaited 10 minutes behind them. Dont come here if u are starving & or in a hurry! Again, this was all occuring pre covid as well. I need to stop coming here.
Dining room closed but no signs to let you know.Arby's in same area dining room closed but they put signs up.Thank you arbys you're the best….
If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is NEVER open when they say they are. They close up to an hour early and are super inconsistent with what time they close. When they are open until 10 (when they’re supposed to close every night) if you show up anywhere from 9-9:55 they will have nothing. I understand showing up at the last minute and them not being willing to prepare a bunch for one order, but if you’re there an hour before they close they still refuse to make more of anything. Currently just drove to get food at 9:02 on a Tuesday and the entire place was dark. I don’t know if it’s staffing issues but it’s been going on for months. Go to the one off 291 North. It may be a longer drive but at least you’ll actually get food.
I contacted customer service because my crunchwarp was missing beef,but never got a response.This is the worst location.This location will close random times. I am surprised this store still open based on how bad the food was. I be going to ether to Longview or Raymore from now on. Everytime I come to this location or my family, there is always something missing in the food. The beef is the main part of the crunchwarp smh. My mother was at this location 3 hours before and she got the same issue.
Made the mistake of getting taco bell again. They can seriously never get an order correct if you have any customisations. Horrible.
