They will not remake your sandwich if they make it wrong or give you money back. They yelled at my daughter for returning and asking. claiming they made it right.....LOL. THEY WILL NEVER get another cent from me. I highly recommend going to the location on 291 Hwy instead. Unprofessional, and undeserving of our business.
I come to this subway a lot. Love that they have a drive thru. Sandwiches are always good and the veggies are always fresh. Everyone there is always nice every time I’m there.
I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience at this Subway location. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean. And on top of it, they are always fast. Even when they are busy, I haven’t had to wait more than a couple minutes. I’ll go out of my way to go to this location because their customer service is amazing!
This is by far the Best Subway in the KC Metro area. Always clean and the family of employees take pride in what they do! Excellent!
BEWARE! I tried to order food through the Subway app. After putting my order in, I tried to pay and the Subway app stated there was an error and instructed me to try again later. I tried later and same thing happened, so I gave up and didn't get anything. Orders do not appear in order history on app, but the store charged me for both order attempts ($36). I called the store and the man said nothing until I pressed him. He gave me name of Mike Patel and ph#. I called and left a detailed message and my call was not returned. I appealed to Subway online and they said they would look into it, but they never responded after that. Crooks!

My son and my mom love the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and I prefer the meatball sub with mozerella...all the varieties of bread/buns are good.
They usually do okay, or get very close, but today I'm ticked. I come here a lot and never say anything about the mess ups, I just try to be as clear as I can. Today he kept talking to someone else while taking my order. I clarified several times I wanted double meat and double cheese on Italian hers and cheese. I asked for extra parmesean too. He said the intercom wasn't working right and come to the window. He gave me a total but I wasn't done ordering. I asked for a drink and cookies, he said no cookies today. He got me the drink, which I don't think he charged me for, but he charged the double cheese. It seemed low so I asked if I got my double meat or if they just layered it. He said no double meat. I asked him to please put it on the sandwich, that I didn't mind paying. He said he already made it so no and started to close the window. I'm always patient and this one time I wanted to make sure I got my way. They didn't give me the right bread or the extra parmesean either.
They got rid of the arcade game the big hunter. That's why my husband went there today to play it. Little disappointing. Though it is a cool place.
