The short girl at subway was so courteous and respectful. I love subway but love my customer service even more. This girl always smiles and makes my day better. I’ll come back in the future for sure.

I stopped in at the subway on 291 in Lees summit Saturday sept18th the worker had no mask and was sniffing constantly then he sneezed and had a line of snot hanging he went and blew his nose then went around the corner where I don't know what he was doing then he came back never once washed his hands he grabbed gloves which is a good thing but he still handled the gloves with unwashed hands I went ahead and had him make my sandwich but decided to toss it after I left and just ate my chips. Very disgusting I will go to the subway on Todd George and Langford they seem so much more professional and cleanly.

Very friendly and helpful service. The raspberry cheesecake cookies we wanted weren't ready when we ordered our sandwich, but the clerk took the initiative to let us know that they were in the oven and would be ready by the time we finished our lunch. They were ready right on time, and were delicious. We'll be back for more!

No mask on employee, does not seem like he knows what he was doing making food! very disappointed in the store for how much you are changing for a 6” sandwich! He tried to cover up his mistakes instead of remaking the food.

I went to a Subway in Lees Summit near new Wal-Mart on Highway 291,about 100 yards away.I presented a coupon with code 799 meal and expiry date 9/3 /21.It was not accepted.I agreed to pay the normal price for the sandwich.I presented a Subway gift card.It was not accepted also!A few days ago I had used it at the same subway successfully.The receipt issued showed that there enough balance to purchase the said meal.

Closed early like normal

Couldn't close lid so left it off andSarran wrapped it, now how am I supposed to keep for later. Had askFor fork, asked for knife didn't get one. Look at big chunks in there, how am I supposed to eat that with no knife. Maybe don't offer the bowls unless you can perfect the process. What a mess.

Now I caught Janice Smith, the owner of this Subway, writing her own reviews to make her establishment appear better.

I ordered for six people and not only did they have it fresh and fast for me, but they also had everything correct and everything was, of course, special order because it's Subway. Very pleased with my experience at this location.
