Drive through only open. As soon as I got to the window the lady working was punching the wall and screaming. She opened window asked for my total and gave me my food but was very rude. Then she proceeded to say she’s going to have to put a trash can in the drive through bc there were to many ppl ordering. Then she shut the window. Very unprofessional.
The sandwiches are good at this location if you go in and watch them make it. If you order online or go through the drive through, your order will be wrong every time without fail. We have ordered online several times and it is always missing something or completely wrong. This time was the last. Not worth it.
Went last night. The worst sandwich I've had at this location. Asked for Xtra mayo, almost had none, bread was overcooked and hard, worker was out front eating pizza. Ordered 4 footlong sandwiches, family was completely unsatisfied.
Messy not properly prepared.don’t expect for drive thru to work functionally . Double check food. Wrong toppings and covered in sauce
Terrible service and food that is not worth the price! Waited 5 minutes for anyone to come to the window. 3 workers were in the back and did not even acknowledge that we were there until I honkedSandwich was covered with a bottle of mayo, veggies were wilted and look un-edible. This isn't the only time were our food was made poorly.Enough us enough, this is ridiculous!!!!!Wish I could leave zero stars.
Order was wrong multiple ways. Wrong meats and toppings. Also was drenched in mustard. Won't be back.
First, the lady who was helping at drive up had fake finger nails 4 inch long. Second, the touchscreen was not working correctly and looks like it has never been cleaned. Third, went to window to tell them the issue with touchscreen. Was told to go back and try again because they couldn't take my order because of COVID. I was frustrated at this point. Drove back around couldn't get the Turkey sandwhich options to work. So I chose chicken and then ask to make it turkey. I still got chicken and then it took about 15 minutes to get my wrap. I didn't get any napkins. Poor service, and the customer doesn't matter and 15 minutes for being the only one in line. I will never go here again.
Just went and got 5 sandwiches during lunch rush. There were only two ladies working but they killed it! They were really sweet and worked so quickly. Awesome job ladies!
No fountain options for diet drinks :(
