I have no complaints about these guys, I used to have a boycott on Starbucks but really I was just not educated in the slightest about what their business was. I just heard from other people that they sucked and trusted their word. But now I've been going through the drive-thru, and just hanging out in their lobby, and it's been wonderful. Service is as quick as it could possibly be with the amount of business that flows through. It's like Chick-fil-A, they are always swarming with people but you get served as quickly as they could. I like how clean the building is, granted, that is because it is new, but I also think that projects how well their cleaning staff is. They do a good job at maintaining the facility, and I'm not upset with their coffee. Unpopular opinion, I don't think that their food tastes like nothing and I like some of their breakfast all day menu items.
Drive thru line can be long but still moves quickly. The staff has been insanely friendly and pleasant each time I go. The drinks taste as strong as they should (instead of watery or mostly milk). I thoroughly enjoy this location!
Staff is incredibly kind but they’re always out of everything. Most of the time I have to get a completely different drink from what I actually want because they’ve run out of really basic ingredients. I live in the apartments right next to this location and I can’t even enjoy the convenience because they’re not gonna have what I want anyways.
Great customer service, long lines in drive thru but went fast. Always great coffee and food
Expect a very long wait in the mornings, it's not so much that the workers are slow but that it just gets very backed up at this location. But they always do a good job.
App not showing that order ahead is available at this location, although when I call the store they tell me they have it. Not at all convenient to get overpriced coffee AND have to wait for it.
Amy Lee you need a man! Do you wake up this miserable? Stay in bed KAREN with your miserable self. They get plenty of business and will not miss you. You see not even one person gave you a like. Don't you have a capital to go raid?

This is the worst Starbucks employer I've ever seen. She has green dyed hair. We drink Starbucks every day with the same one.Today we order 3 drinks of 4 shots espressos and 4 pumps of white mocha (never have whole milk on it). And they makes it wrong in accident so I tell her can u remake them again because we don’t want the whole milk on it.I asked very politely because I knew it was nothing serious and she could do it again easily. But I don't understand why she was acting so frustrated and annoyed on her face even though it's clearly not our fault. then I said thank you and she didn't even reply.We PAY for it every day and don't ask for free, and Starbucks pays you to make the right drink for your customers!!!Please train this girl in service attitude.
