Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this location.It has happened Twice where I have asked for an alternative milk and then received cows milk. I'm not lactose intolerant or on a diet...I am ALLERGIC to dairy. Now, I understand cross contamination with using the shaker bottle's. I don't mind that little* risk because they are rinsed out between drinks. I can't drink an entire cup of coffee with diary and be okay though.If you are out of a particular milk, all you have to do is ask to sub instead of assuming a person will be okay with cows milk. There is like 4 different kinds of alternative milk. Especially when I have to pay extra for it. I really enjoy the morning crew! They are always super nice and never got my drink wrong. Both times this has happened was around Noon, but I still wont be going back. It took me 3 days to recover from this incident and I don't want to go though that again.
Very busy, all the time, so it takes a while to get your drink. Drink was accurate and tasty though.It's still Starbucks, which means it's incredibly consistent. It also means that the coffee is never exceptional.
Why did 3 separate groups of customers get served before us? No, they did not have call in orders. I watched. We ordered 3 drinks. 2 were made wrong. They left my whip topping off. We also ordered a mocha frappuccino. They put chocolate chips on it. That's not how mocha frappuccino is made. I order them all the time. I told the server that it should have chocolate drizzle, but she said no, it comes with chocolate chips. I read the printed label. It clearly said mocha. In addition, it tasted minty. I no sooner drank 1/3 of it and immediately became sick with stomach cramps and diarrhea. I'm never going back to this Starbucks again!

This location always has an amazing staff working! 9 times outta 10 they execute online orders exactly as ordered even during the busiest times. I hardly ever have to wait when I order online. I'm normally greeted by name with my order ready to go. Even while being understaffed at busy times they always have a smile and a great attitude. I literally drive past other Starbucks to come to this one specifically for their staff. Thank you guys for being a light throughout the last year and half.
Staff was great, service was quick considering how busy they were.
