Went to the drive thru today and ordered a banana split. The lady at the drive thru comes back and says "those been discontinued for like ten years " she was extremely rude. Told her I got one in independence like 2 weeks ago. Her response was "well ... That's funny I used to run the independence store, and I don't remember that ". I told her I'm sure she doesn't and then her response was. "we don't got those, what else you want" I told her to go **** herself and went to custards last stand where I got a most delicious banana split. Do your self a favor and avoid Tara the manager at this location if you value customer service, and don't like being talked to like a dog. When I called back she suggested I call corporate, which I will be doing tomorrow. Tara has no business running a store, and seems to only be good at running her mouth. Extremely rude, smug, miserable person.
Well when I was up there today I ordered three drinks and a pup cup and they told me that they don't have pup cups and so they gave me a cup of whip cream instead of ice cream for my dog and that has happened at the other sonic on Douglas rd here in Lee's Summit,mo and that makes people not happy and I don't want to stop coming to any of the Sonics around here they better step up and be doing pup cups for dogs and if it is going to cost for it and then that is fine
Food tastes good once received. They must be short staffed because it took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Only 6 cars were ahead of me.
The burger was very good but the tater tots were very overcooked. Some had very little potato in it. This isn't the only location that seems to do this. All in all though the burger was great and the customer service was very good.
Normally love getting my Dr Pepper with vanilla and lemon there but it tasted awful this last time. This happened at another sonic. I don’t know if you guys switched thing up or what. But something taste really off. Like maybe you’re adding cherry/limeade to the drink as well
My sandwich is COLD, could t be brothered to nuke it at least cheese is not At all melted ordered a large got a pretty small but good drink eill not be back I'm on limited income 70 I can't afford this location pretty bad
Jaycee was amazing. Didn't appreciate the male voice calling her buttercup though. My burger tasted and looked like it was warmed up on the fryer. No way to get that crispy on the edges and be dry. My tots were cold and obviously double dipped. Totally hard with grease in the middle. Very disappointed in the quality while still having to wait 18 minutes after I ordered.
What happened to Sonic? We used to really enjoy this place but it has progressively gotten worse over the years. I'm not complaining about the long wait, or the lack of open stalls. I am complaining about the consistently dry burgers, over-cooked fries and tots, and overall room temp to cold food almost every visit. Just not what it used to be. Very disappointed. Again :(
The general manager at this sonic should be fired. Idc what her problem is there's no reason for her to talk to me rude and call me a lier. After getting all the way I notice that my family was missing a side item and that we were giving cheese tots instead of cheddar bites I understand they were busy but the Manger said she took my order and I wasn't missing any items and then asked if I had a Receipt I told her the window girl only gave me my card back. The manager called me a lier and hung up on me. I called back asked her did she ask the window girl if I gotten my Receipt she said its in the trash and then hung up on me. This is beyond unprofessional and how she became a general manager idk. But if this is how she handles things then she needs to be fired. Not to mention my daughter's food was so burnt she couldn't eat it. I'll definitely be making a claim with my bank. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN
