If I could give it "0" I would but I want people to see this. I have NEVER had such poor service before. I order ahead for my half-price drinks 10 min before I get there and I still have to wait 10+ min!!And the shift manager for mornings is about as unfriendly as you can get!I hope someone in corporate sees this. I have filed a complaint there also
Ran out of Rings, but car hop personally came out to see if we could swap out for anything else.. I appreciate honesty.Good food too.
I have tried to order lunch here twice in the last month, I won't try again. after sitting in a stall for 15 minutes, the voice came thru the speaker and told us only the drive thru is open due to staffing issues. We've been watching people order from a stall and get their orders via car hop.

I was on lunch , went there order a # 1 no chez. It didn't take long & they got it right. My tots was still warm too.?

Would not recommend working here. As a crew member I had to find a coworker slitting their wrists in the building. Management was not paying attention to them, and nothing was done about it until I saw it and communicated with the management what was going. It would have continued to happen has I not been there. I have a history of self harm, and I’m not even a year clean. Seeing that was not good for my mental well being. Not one single manager checked in with me afterwards to see if I was doing okay. Very bad, disheartening experience here.
If you’re going to change your store to some temporary hours, at least stick to them and don’t go around changing them constantly. I can’t count how many times I’ve driven through the drive thru to get a drink at 715-720a on my way to work, and the staff just “aren’t ready yet” for customers. If you want to be lazy and not open at 7a then don’t put that on your daily hours! Absolutely ridiculous!
Normally I don't have a problem with any of the food, but I got 2 breakfast burritos today and they really salty. EASY on the salt guys.
