They do not give you marinara when u order mozzarella sticks on the app. App says it is included
If you come outside of 12-12:30, just expect your food to be disgusting and old. Most the BBQ wings lacked chicken inside. I’m glad we wasted money on the large size wings to get three that had chicken.My burger was beyond disgusting. It was dry and had a slight “too long in the heater” crunch.I would not recommend this Sonic to anyone. Drive 15 minutes to a different one, you’ll thank me.
The usual Sonic food, but the staff is always friendly and competent.EDIT: For the second time in three visits, I was served regular Coca-Cola instead of the Diet Coke I asked for. My receipt showed the correct product. Very disappointing to get home with a product I can't drink.Another edit : The wrong drink problem seems to have been corrected. No problems for the last several visits.
If I could give them a zero for the food we just received, I would. My burger patty was an ice cold hockey puck that was made entirely wrong. The mozzarella sticks had no cheese inside… and of course didn’t put the sauce in the bag for the mozzarella sticks or the popcorn chicken. And there was almost no ice in both drinks. Literal worst meal we have ever had from this sonic.
It was very busy a and they did a good job. Good came out in good time and it order was correct. My foot long chili cheese Coney was great and the chili was too runny. The burgers were exactly as a Sonic burger should be.
Have not had a bad experience with this sonic. I always get my order in 2 minutes or less it’s super impressive. The customer service is phenomenal. Whether it’s Abby or Missy they always do a great job directing the employees. My order came out faster than it took me to write this review.

I ordered a sonic burger with no mayo or ketchup add mustard. And no onion.I expected a fresh burger. It's not I gave only 1 atar for the food.Gave another star for customer service. In the end I want to eat fresher food.
The staff is always friendly and they usually get the orders right. The tots often taste bad to me, wondering if it is old grease? I love their pellet ice!
