We have rated at Red Lobster 3 times in the last couple of months. Twice with priority seating. I do not understand why you even bother with it. We get there before our scheduled time and are told it is going to be an additional 30 minutes.
First I want to commend our server Stevie. He is a shining star for Red Lobster. Courteous and attentive, with a desire to help - really couldn't ask for more. This location has really kept up. From Management and staff, to food quality this Red Lobster is above the rest in the Kansas City area.I will return.
Finally had great service. We had stopped going to this location After many attempts and getting cold food and horrible service we just gave up. We had not been to this location in 2 years. My daughter wanted to give it a try again and I'm glad we did! Our server was awesome! Thank you Jordan for the friendly and fast service! We will for sure be going back. The food was brought out hot and our drinks were kept full. He was very friendly and wonderful to my grandchildren! You changed my opinion of this restaurant.
The food was awesome as usual, and the staff was friendly and very willing to accommodate our special handicap seating. We visited during Lobster Fest and splurged a little on the specialties. Both lobster offerings were cooked just right. The shrimp in linguine was awesome. There are game boxes on the tables to help pass the time, but there is a small charge. We didn't need them, as our food was prepared quickly. However, the restaurant was a little off. Substitutions were no longer available on simple sides and extra charges for small things that used to be standard. The worst part was an unrecognizable odor/smell that permeated the dining area. The meal was quite filling, the Cheddar Bay bisquits a delight. We had plenty of food so we took home a togo box. Kudos to our wonderful waitress who took extra time for us. When paying by credit card, the game boxes also accepted payment so your card is in your possession at all times which is convenient and financially safer.
The food was delicious and the service was amazing. We were seated and served quickly and it was an overall great experience.
I ordered shrimp "All you can eat " fest.Never have I had the type of product served to me ..Even when I told waitress , scampi had just butter. No changes on the way it continues to be served.waited 30 min to get both at front bar/llobby...All good for me but my mother's 92 pushing a Walker. Perhaps profiling tip possibility
Ordered through the website and had order delivered by Door Dash. Items were left out and the manager said that it was Door Dash’s fault and not theirs, even though it was ordered through their website. After that, it was the young people’s fault who work there that didn’t put it in the bag. Left phone number as I was told the district manager would call in two days and received no call. I guess no big loss as we don’t plan on ordering again.
At least 20 open tables, but a 30 minute wait. Would not honor OpenTableâs reservation time. Second time theyâve done this to us, and it definitely will be the last.
We had a gift card so decided to have lunch at Red Lobster. When we got there the place was not busy, it looked like 25% or less of the tables were being used, but we still had to wait to be seated. Then it took quite a while to get our order taken. The food was good, but I guess they must be a bit short staffed like everyone right now. We ended up having a two hour lunch, which we had not planned to do.
Lots of tables ready, even at 2pm but had over 40 minutes to wait. Lots of people turned away. Waitress server was terrific and checked on us often. Tons of food and had to take some home. Prices were a bit high and the food was a little bland. Lobster was really tough to get out of the tail.
