I found a finger nail in my food today (ordered a warm bowl). Not a fake nail, but torn or bit off, long, real finger nail. Disgusting. When I called and spoke to the manager, she seemed indifferent to what I had told her and told me I had to request a refund from the delivery service that delivered my food. I told her that I placed my order on the Panera app, so I did not know what service they used to deliver my food. Her response… it’s either Uber Eats or Door Dash. She expected me to call around to try and figure out who delivered the food! Between that and the lack of reaction when I told her I found a finger nail in my food…just don’t go here. Management does not care.
This is one of the best Paneras I have been to. They seem to always open on time. their coffee is always hot and their space is well lit and very clean. I usually go close to opening time in the morning. One of their chief assets is Ruben who always greets me with a smile and a "how are you". It's suprising and sad that many businesses dont do this. This makes the customer feel welcome and better still it makes the employee feel better too. Unless it is forced and artificial but Ruben is the real deal. Panera should be happy to have him.
LOVE PANERA!!! Always something on the menu for whatever you may be hungry for. Friendly, helpful Staff!!! Food is always tasty and fresh!!!

Quick and easy! Used the kiosk at the front doors, ordered two coffees and self poured with ease.Highly recommend making an account, the rewards are numerous and consistent.TONS of seating. Very clean!
Quick service. Love the French Onion soup! Sesame chicken salad was excellent, too. Good place to meet a friend for lunch.
This is very disappointing. I ordered for my sick children yesterday hoping to get them some chicken noodle soup since I also still work from home and couldn't cook. The picture below is what I received. A cup full of broth with a tiny bit of actually food. IN 2 SEPARATE CUPS!! Who is supposed to have any sustained satisfaction with 2 bites of food! Absolutely unacceptable! And then I called to inform them multiple times throughout the day and not once did anyone answer the phone! I will NEVER eat here again!!!
I drive a lot for my work so I go to a lot of Panera's. This one is hands down the best when it comes to customer service. Always friendly, never bothered with complicated orders, and timely. At some, wait times are always longer. Usually stocked well.
They got our order wrong and overcharged us, but were nice about it when we asked them to fix it. The food was good and people were nice.
This place doesn’t deserve this star once again. I went to location for the second time and got the worst service again. I’m seriously starting to question the diversity of staff within this location, being a minority I felt very uncomfortable with the interaction with the staff/management. I was over charged and I questioned my bill the manager confirmed it was a mistake and refunded me. With that being said the blank stares and sarcastic demeanor, I was very insulted and very dissatisfied by this. I will not go back to this location, I truly feel this store needs major diversity training on customer service.
