OTB always has great food. Their queso is creamy and rich, and their menu lends itself easily to those who minimize the carbohydrate in their diets. But allow me to gush for a moment about the staff. Amazing service! My cousin and I have lunch once a month at OTB since I moved back and we typically sit in the same section, hence the same waitress. The second time we ate there, she brought my drink exactly the way I like it (water, no ice, 2 slices of lemon). I was blown away. Love this restaurant!
Walked into the bar area and sat down. 3 people behind the bar playing with TV remotes. 2 customers besides me. 2 minutes later I walked out as they were all obsessed with the tv's.Crazy that when that slow they are so easily distracted
I got food to go at this restaurant. I got a side of guacamole with my food. There was a hair in my guacamole. I am disgusted! ??
Our waitress was very unprofessional! I ask about a special and she gave a fast spoken answer without even looking my direction. Later she was taking an order from the table next to us, and while they were talking she stopped them to reprimand her hostess about how she seated guest. The food was OK, nothing to get excited about or come back for.I WILL NOT return to the restaurant.
The new fried tacos was very bland and flavor at all. It was a chunk of beef and onions and cilantro. The flour tortilla was barely fried and looked nothing like the pictures.
Food was over cooked and the service was ok. This location used to be way better before the pandemic. It's gone down hill. The hostess was nice and she made sure our table was clean.
Went in tonight and was sat right away. Never had anyone check on us. Never asked what we wanted to drink or if we were gonna order food. I'm not even sure who was supposed to take care of us. We were sat in the bar area. We got tired of waiting and walked out. The service was terrible to say the least
The whole meal was awful. I asked for guacamole, and got three little scoops of avocado. I ordered steak fajitas the steak was so dry it tasted like dust.
Man this place has really gone downhill! The appetizer was not melted. Our silverware was very dirty. Overcooked shrimp and under seasoned chicken. Sadly won't be returning here because it was a very disappointing meal.
Wonderful food, went 2x in 1 week. Great new menu items and the drinks were really really good.
