Last minute decision to eat here for Mother's Day. We had a party of 12; they told us it would be an hour and a half wait but they seated us 15 minutes early. The waitress was very attentive and got every single order correct. And we send the biggest thanks to the kitchen staff because the food was delicious. So to say the least ... They were on top of their game!Thank you to all involved in making this a memorable Mother's Day for our family.
Delicious food and even better service. Took my mom here for her birthday and was not disappointed. Menu items can be a bit pricey especially for the kids menu. But overall a great dining experience.
Had a great time sitting at the bar. I can't remember her name but she was amazing. She had to leave early and was replaced by John who wasn't as great. When I showed by bf the receipt john was quick to say she's giving it to you because she can't afford it.. which was super rude and insulting. I will definitely never go again if he is at the bar. He needs to work on his people skills.
Went to this Olive Garden today for lunch. The service we received was great, above and beyond from the moment we stepped inside. The hostess greeted us with a smile and immediately informed us that due to lack of servers that service might be a bit slow. We appreciate the heads up instead of leaving us sitting at a table for a long time wondering what was going on. We were sat at the table and it didn’t even take long at all before Chloe our server came to the table to get our order. Throughout our entire visit she was on top of everything despite how many tables she was handling. The service was great, the food was good and it was overall a great dining experience.
I have been coming here recently for to-go orders and they are hands down the best place for to-go orders! Always accurate and always on time. I just had to write a review for that because it’s so nice not having to worry if everything is there/right. And they even remember to put Andes mints in there too!
We had lunch after church. 8 people were in the party. The waiter was good. He took care of all of our special requests with a good attitude. He had good timing for checking to see if we needed anything. He was generous with the mints (my favorite part). Definitely recommend this location.
Nice server, but not attentive. We had to ask for silverware. We asked for extra olives in our salad and got next to none. We had to flag her down to ask for refills on our drinks. Maybe they didn't have enough help and were spread too thin. I saw three tables from where I was sitting that hadn't been cleared or cleaned. Overall a subpar experience this time around. The food tasted great, though!
Fast Food restaurant. Rush you through like a cattle car. When you ask specific not to be rushed your food will set under a heat lamp until burnt and curledTerrible service maybe because of staffing issues, but Management doesn't care.K.C. has some true fine Italian Restaurants. I suggest V's. Or Cascones
We went to the Olive Garden in Lee's Summit, Missouri on Friday evening, which was also New Year's Eve. We arrived at 4:15, and only had to wait a minute or two for our party of six to be seated. The salad and breadsticks were brought promptly to our table, along with our drinks. Our server, Avery, did a great job of serving us and checking on us throughout our meal. We did not have to wait an excessive amount of time for our food, and everything was delicious, as always. By 5:40, we had finished our meal and were on our way. We had a wonderful experience here and will definitely return!
My husband took me here for our anniversary. There was a little wait, but I knew to expect it. The only problem we had was the hostess who was going to sit us wasn't told where we were going to sit. She quickly sat us with our menus. The server too good care of us and every time she passed us she would make sure we didn't need anything. The food came out fast and it was delicious.
