Service was OK. Not to friendly. The food was decent. Did not appear to be super fresh. Not bad, just not awesome either.
Had a really nice dinner for my sons birthday. The Chef at our table did all of the tricks that you come to expect and he was upbeat and seemed happy to have us. He had good aim when tossing the shrimp as well. Good drinks too. Their homemade cocktails were very tasty. No complaints.
The sushi and hibachi here are pretty awesome. I recommend their fire cracker with crab (fried wonton), daikon sushi (no rice), and kani crab salad. Their fried rice portion is big and has lots of protein. I ordered the combo and got at least 8 large shrimps with beef, pork, and chicken. My only complaint is that I wish there was more flavor to the meat. The fried rice tasted good.
Food and drinks are good but the two hour wait, with reservations and kids, was too much
The food in the past was good the customer service absolutely horrible . We had an 8:15 reservation and were seated at 9:30.By 10:05 still no food. No explanation or apologies for late seating or service . A second party that showed up as walk ins were seated, ate and left prior to our party. We spoke to the server asking for a manager who then said we yelled at her. Just because I'm black and speak clearly and with intelligence doesn't mean I'm yelling. Won't go back.
I placed a pick up order for 6 sushi rolls and 3 spicy crab salads. They couldn’t find my order at first and then they lost it not once but twice. I waited over an hour after my pick up time for my order. There were 4-5 people who had pick up times after myself but got their food before me. A couple of those orders were larger orders than what I had. When I finally got the food, we got half as much crab salad as normal and our sushi was loosely rolled to the point it just fell apart. I’m very disappointed because had I been served at the restaurant I know this wouldn’t have happened.
Went with my step-son after we discovered our usual spot was closed. It was good and reasonably priced. We shared 3 rolls and enjoyed them all. Our favorite was the playoff roll.
Very good food and service. They give you a lot of food so come hungry. The prices seemed very reasonable. Chicken hibachi was $12.95 I believe. Chicken and shrimp was around $20. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone. The sushi was also very good for what I had. Everyone was happy. No complaints.
The food was pretty good. A solo lunch ... service was good but not attentive for the number of people. Self service seating.
Food was good, drinks were good. We had a large party and they were able to get us all together and were very patient and accommodating. Prices were comparable or a little less expensive than some other chain Japanese Steakhouses. Will definitely return.
