This I believe is the absolute 2nd to worst drive threw service in history. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes for 3 drinks - I would’ve left already but I paid with the app. That’s how they get you. Lol. I’ve seen over 20 cars ditch out of the line. This is out of control. Losing so much money. Waited all that time and still got wrong drinks. Something is wrong with the soda fountains. They all taste out of syrup. What a waste of time to not even get a decent fresh fountain drink. We joke about how You know they put crack in the coke to make it taste so good - don’t worry about that here lol!

They lied to me. Ordered milkshake. They took my money when milkshake machine was broke. Refunded money after 30 minutes. Wasted time and didn’t get my milkshake.
McDonald's has dramatically went down hill in harrisonville Missouri. 45 minutes at one and went to another and waited for over a hour for a hamburger. The parking lot had trash every where and the employees are rude. Didn't want to wait on anybody. I will never go to the McDonald's in harrisonville Missouri again.
Fries were barely warm! Limp! Unsatisfactory! Why is it so hard to have HOT fries, or food in general. Obviously no pride. Likely underpaid overworked employees. But that’s not the customer’s fault. Seems to always be unsatisfactory lately at MOST McDonalds….
I had a special my way for my Big Mac Combo through Drive thru. They handled it with speed and accuracy. Thanks people. Stay Safe so I can come back soon and have more of the same next time.
Only the store at 103rd and stateline, Kansas City, MO has worse service!! They get more order right 1 out of 10 times and take forever to do it!! I laugh when I see their now hiring starting at $14.50 per hour and this is what they get!!
The quality is that of a 3 year old's lab experiment. The employees aren't much better blasting music at full volume & ignoring you when you try to get your order.
Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. To wait almost an hour for food is ridiculous for fast food. We would have drove off had we not already paid. I spoke with the McDonald’s employee twice outside asking her about when our food would be ready and her reply was she would check, but she just delivers the food to vehicles. Once she brought us our food and apologized for the wait, we were missing one set of fries. We asked if she would go get it and we waited another 10 mins and she never came back out. I finally called. Someone answered the phone and I explained what happened and he said no one told him we were waiting on food, or that we were missing food. At this point we were extremely frustrated and asked for a refund. He said hold on a second and hung up the phone. We finally got our refund and to our surprise it was for the missing fries and we were expecting a full refund. Our food was semi warm when we got home and the buns were burnt on my chicken sandwich. We will not be returning to this McDonalds until staff is properly trained and has better customer service skills. Management is severely lacking here.
Ordered thru drive thru. They brought out 2 orders that were wrong, so we went inside .Waiting inside, we received our order 3 times Each time it was wrong. We even checked the sixth one they brought to us, once we got home with it, it was still wrong. No apology, no nothing. This McDonald's is failing, bad!
