My daughter and I sure do enjoy going to McDonald's. I love the little onions on the cheeseburgers and she loves her happymeals. McDonalds is consistent and we like that. I want to commend the associates for excellent customer service at 900 NE Langsford Rd. They are always on the ball, friendly, and boy do we appreciate those folks. Not only do we go to McDonald's for the affordable yummy treats, we go for the whole experience. "Let's go to McDonald's!" That phrase puts instant smiles on all our faces. It does mine when I've gone and burnt dinner...oops hey it happens. We jump in the car and go. I especially want to say thanks to the folks working drive-thru. It's like Air traffic control gang, there's a lot going on and you all are handling it and still so nice at the window!World class service AND consistent. That's good business & people remember that. You have our business!
We ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup only. We received a cheeseburger with no ketchup. We sent it back through the drive through and were asked to pull ahead and wait for the correct order and we were given the same cheeseburger we were initially handed. That is extremely frustrating and we will go out of our way to go to a different location after this.
So me and my wife happened to swing through this location pretty late at night and we ordered 2 hot fudge Sundays with extra fudge and caramel and man they delivered. Even though the guy at the drive through really didn't want to give us his name until the manager said it was okay too me and my wife still wanted to give this location a shout out. Usually we go through some extra extra over ordering them the way we like which is kinda fair in my book because after a this isn't dairy queen ya know lol anyways shout out to the manager (we didn't get her name) and anyone else involved in making it happen
Went thru the drive thru. The wait was ridiculous. Only ordered a happy meal and a 6 piece mcnugget. Server did go extra for me and make a cup of ice water (last minute ask at the second window.) I really appreciated that.
Service is as terrible as the food. No pride taken in either. Why even have a business if you’re not willing to put forth a good product? Don’t waste your time going here.
Got our order correct, bathrooms could've been cleaner considering they weren't too busy.
Every time I go there I’m always forced to pull up and wait for my food or coffee. This morning I waited 10 minutes for 2 sausage muffins and a hash brown. Basic stuff. I had to go inside to get my food. The management team needs to be fired. Avoid this place. They would rather pay someone to run food to your car, than to pay someone to work in the kitchen and make food for people in a timely manner. If there were enough competent people in the kitchen, there would be no reason people have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get their food. 0 stars.
Terrible experience! Went threw the drive thru during the afternoon and ordered a fish meal and a couple cheese burgers. My food wasn’t ready yet so they parked me which was fine I had no problem waiting but after 20 minutes of waiting and 2 other parked car orders getting food before me after being parked after me my food was barely warm and my fries were cold. After going inside I won’t be back. Once I went inside to see what was going on with the order the manager on duty was very rude they used my receipt to see what my Order was and never gave it back and I need to be able to mark down what I spent. The manager made a big deal that she had to print of another one and even when as far as shouting to the whole store that I was holding up the line and making things go slower as if any of that was my fault . Now it’s not that this is a huge deal because at the end of the day it’s food but the way you treat your customers does matter and you lost one today.
Waited 38 minutes for an online order, line wasn't really that busy. Food was cold and I didn't get my drink.. the guy on the phone was rude to my husband.. they really just need to open the lobby for to go orders..
This store has closed its lobby, like the other store in town. This is completely ridiculous and extremely unacceptable.
