Was there Saturday night at 1059 pm. Arches were dark but drive thru lights all on. Went to speaker a d tried to order. Never got a response. Google.stated open till 1 am. We drove to Taco Bell and watched a line of cars continuously doing what we did. Confusion obviously won Saturday night. Might want to turn off drive thru lights and make Google adjustment if actually closed at 11.
When they speak about technology replacing jobs this place has done it. The only way to get food is through the drive through no problem but I am speaking with a automated voice whom could not get my order right or the person next to me and behind me. Which means the employee at the window had to retake everyone's order. So the point of having that is causing more of a back up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GO TO ANOTHER MCDONALD'S! The only reason it has a star is because of the awesome employee who didn't complain because he was super to fixing all the orders. Disappointing!
I was disappointed this visit. It seems this location is using an automatic attendant to take orders which is causing slow service. I ordered a fish sandwich meal, among other things. When I got to the pay window the lady, verifying my order, read back chicken nuggets....now I understood the delay. After a few minutes of trying to correct my order, I got my meal and receipt and left. My receipt showed the change to fish sandwich but my bag still had chicken nuggets. This auto attendant system needs work! It was too hot and I didnt have time to go back and get a correct order. Oh and my fries were cold!
Probably one of the worst McDonald's ever they say they're open till 1 a.m. drive-thru on Fridays and Saturdays but yet they close stop serving people 10:30 or 11 still have their lights on still people in there have a line of cars and don't serve anybody if you're going to close at 10:30 eleven you should probably change her hours and instead of saying that you're open till 1 a.m. drive-thru on Friday and Saturday it's very annoying
The gentleman working in the drive-thru last night around 7pm, made me and my 3 friends' night. I can't say enough good things about him. He was so cheerful, pleasant, and kind. His laughter was infectious. I didn't catch his name, but he should be awarded Employee of the Year!
Service is as terrible as the food. No pride taken in either. Why even have a business if you’re not willing to put forth a good product? Don’t waste your time going here.
I would love to say that the staff here is useless but that would too much of a compliment. I cannot wait until the franchise owner stops being cheap and replaces each one of you with robots.

Every once in a while I want a hash brown from uncle Ronnie's lounge. It's always the same from any of them. Generally, just not a fan of fast food. It has a place in the world though. Some times you have to make time for yourself to enjoy what you really want.
They closed their lobby. I will not use any drive thrus and will only go inside to get my food. Having their lobby closed is unacceptable.
