They had to be having an off day or were just too stressed for a lunch rush & under staffed.. we ended up waiting an additional 30mins than we were told our order would be ready.. but that could be their app or website's issue.. & not going to bash them for it.. every restaurant struggling to get back to 100% since Covid deserves some patience & a little slack.. & congrats on having a full dining room & a lobby full of door dashers & those of us waiting on our to go orders.. nice to see busy businesses again..
My wife and I come here quite often because my wife loves your guys chicken Cesar salad with spinach leaves. I came in to get it for her because this place is the only one that does it like that. I was told by the girl working you guys don't do that, but it states on your menu that you can swap out the choice of salad. It's pretty frustrating to be told this and now my wife doesn't have anything for dinner because she's pregnant and that's what she really wanted.

I want to thank Kate and Michael for the amazing kindness and service they provided for my first visit to their deli. My lunch was terrific. And I will most certainly will be back.
Kaelyn makes our experience every time we step into this place. She truly is an awesome person! Mike (Manager) made our experience thee best tonight! It was fun to see a crew be energetic and having fun. We will continue to come here because of them. The food is excellent as well!!
I've only ever ordered from the Lee Summit location, but I've ordered from here frequently.The food is good, they have a tea pass (I don't have one because stopping there each day would take too long), and they're always nice.The reason for a four star and not a five is consistency. I always order the same sandwich and sometimes it's super warm with a good amount of sauce and meat.. other times it's hard bread, half of the meat I just mentioned, and almost no sauce.The sides are good. Mac and cheese, steamed broccoli, potato salad.. all good. Overall though Id for sure recommend it.

Great lunch from here last week! Food was out fast! It was also all correct and hot. Staff was also very friendly and the girl walking around attending tables was very sweet. Definitely one of our favorite places to grab lunch!

Came in with my family tonight and had a negative experience with the young lady that took our order. Asked for the manager who did not seem very interested in helping the situation. Too bad, usually always have a pretty good experience here.
