Ordered the prime rib Maverick sandwich with no fat green as possible and this is what I got two hockey pucks for thirty bucks and cold fries and then my server asked me there's a spot for a tip when I sign for the bill when I bit into my sandwich the bread was so hard and almost pull my teeth out needless to say I guess if you want good service you better go in and do it face-to-face that way you have the option of sending it back if it's not right
Riley was our server super sweet and very knowledgeable about the menu. Food was perfect! Steak didn't even need sauce atmosphere was romantic. Thank you very much for the experience. Riley your the best!!
Drinks, food, and service were all perfect. Our server Sydney was friendly and attentive. The manager even came around twice just to ask if everything was okay. Thanks for making our night. We will be back!
Food was was delicious for the others that came however my steak was not that good.... tough couldn't cut and burntI asked for well done but it was overly cooked.. I didn't complain because they usually are spot-on but not this time.... I will be back... We will see then
We dine at Longhorn Steakhouse for special occasions and once in a while, just for a good dinner. We've never been disappointed. We can't say that for many of the other steak houses in Kansas City. The service at Longhorn is always excellent and we love the food. We normally split our dinners so we don't leave too stuffed and miserable, and it saves us a few $$. Longhorn has become one of our favorite dine in restaurants.
I had a very fun and excited time at Longhorn. The food was the boom pleasant greeter, table sitting lady and thank you to our server Caitlin. Very fast, and fresh food. The manager greeted us and asked about the food and service. He is so nice. I will be back again. Thank you all so much.
Food was amazing. Steaks were cooked perfect & they melted in your mouth! Service was excellent. Server bought us a dessert when he found out it was my boyfriend's birthday. Highly recommend
Bad experience. Still sitting here as I type this review. Ordered ribeye sandwich, and the bread was toasted so hard I couldn’t bite it. The second sandwich was not toasted but the edges of the bread was still so very hard. We order these sandwiches all the time for lunch and this has never happened. Do they serve different bread between dining in, curbside or door dash? Like what the heck. Maybe it’s the location
Pricey but the steaks are outstanding. Gotta try their brussel sprouts -never tasted better.
